A 1 night stay while we attended an event in Perth concert hall. Parking was great, room was clean and really comfortable if perhaps a bit tired on the decoration front. The public footpath immediately outside the window was a bit concerning

We visited for our son’s graduation and had been promised a room to change in . Unfortunately when we arrived we were told this wasn’t possible and we had to use the disabled toilet. The room was satisfactory however we didn’t enjoy breakfast . The coffee machine wasn’t working , there was no water or orange juice and many of the food items had ran out

Central location, people are lovely in the hotel, it’s clean but beds are very uncomfortable! Rooms are dark, which is great but bright light comes through bottom of the door so had to use towel as “draft excluder” to block out light. Room very warm

It was fine but the hotel still needs some serious upgrading (bedrooms) however I get that it is a very old building and some things like aircon and additional plug sockets might not be possible. I don’t like the do it yourself tea/coffee at breakfast and as for the toasters well least said the better. Will I stay again? Yes because it is the best of the bunch in the Town.

We were firstly given a room which was very small and had no working bed lights. This was changed to a better sized room. We had to have our evening meal in the bar as there were few guests but the worst thing about our stay was there were NO EGGS at breakfast!!

I think the hotel was unerstaffed at times a lot of the staff didnt have a sense of houmour or communication skills especially a young man on the desk early in the morning who never spoke a word so I dont know if he could speak, The hotel was fine just the same as when I stayed there 10 years ago. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant say what the service was like. My husband wanted to say the fan in the bathroom didnt work & he found the noise loud as we were near the car parl.

Check in fine. Room was ok if a little dated. Good flat screen TV. Breakfast a bit hit or miss. Fruit juice jug empty , cooked breakfast items not as hot as they should have been.
