3 nights spent in your hotel end of January People very friendly - they want to satisfy your request - they take care of your demands 1 thing to improve is the offer for Dinner .... very poor choice when we do not have car. The rest is good

No willingness to find a solution together ( discount/ credit note) . On top of this I was requested to contact a colleague to ask him to pay his bill. Highly unprofessional
