Dusty bedroom, no towels in bathroom. So, I needed to call the receptionist first for towels and to get my room cleaned. The telephone didn’t work well, so when I needed something, I had to go to the reception desk. The breakfast was just OK, not that tasty but not that bad tho. Overall, not as expected. But, the service was OK, thanks!

the room was big, but unfortunately there was lack of maintenance, the elevator was dirty, and there was a certain smell coming from the elevator. The breakfast menu was quite interesting but the taste was poor, eventhough i was very hungry i can't eat.

Clean and big room! I love the bed, it's so comfortable and we slept very well. The blinds and curtains are thick to block the light, helping us to sleep better. Even Though we didn't use all of the facilities, we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The staff were lovely and even remembered my name on check out which was really appreciated. The elevator was not in great condition and smelt weird. The room was shabby and even thought the linen was clean, the overall quality of the room was much lower than expected. The lampshades were dirty. The shower was not in great condition with there being a grimy look.

The room wasnt very clean. Seemed like the floor never being swiped as there were many dirt marked on the floor. The blankets were absolutely smelly as if never being washed for months if not years. The sink water flew down to the sewer very slow that most of the time the sink was sort of flooded while we used it. The bath towels were so brown just made us cringed to use it. Hygiene standard was really poor at this hotel. However, its staff were very friendly & nice. The buffet breakfast choices were allright with vegetarian options available. The only lacking of the restaurant was the glasses were smelly, it seems like they dried up their glasses using the same wet towel over & over again to make the glasses smelled like not very well dried clothings, or to be exact, like homeless people's smell after raining day. I informed the staff about it, he confirmed they were smelly & brought in 2 trays out of 3 trays on the table. But the next days, the glasses still smelly. The hotel was located across Holiday Inn Resort in which we could use the water sport facility on its beach to fill our day. About a block away there was a small laundry place that only charged Rp. 3,000/piece which was very economical & worth the little walk.

AC was not functioning properly. It was out of order for 2 times in our three nights stay. On third night we have to change the room at 10pm. But till now not a single staff of the hotel seems to be sorry or even uttered the word SORRY for the inconvenience. It's a simple courtesy which I can expect from my favourite brand.

The staff are very friendly, jovial and ever ready to assist. Stayed here for two nights however the quality of the rooms did not meet our expectations. Towels were stained and very old..very big stains which looked like blood. Called for a change of towels but the new ones were no different i had to call for new ones yet again. The pillows were not fresh moreso the bolster pillows were smelly and stained. Despite the hiccups we enjoyed our stay. The beach club need an upgrade some sunbeds and seats will do.
