In room fridge is useless. Each room should be supplied an ice bucket with lid so they can go to the bar and get ice for drinks in the room at night. Website said you have a Gluten Free menu but when I asked I was told there wasn’t one. Every morning though I was given the option of gluten free pancakes or gluten free bread which was excellent and complimented the rest of the breakfast options. We will be back!

Hotel was great. Very clean with attentive staff. My only concern was the crowding at the upstairs pool with not enough lounge chairs being available. The music was also too loud. Also I thought the upstairs pool was for adults only as there were children there at times.

Arrived quite late fridge had no water or milk provided. Our stay was lovely although legian mercure is in a very noisy location. We were treated very well by staff. Always very respectful, not intrusive and a pleasure to talk to when we had the chance. Concierge desk staff could be a bit more efficient in dealing with guest requirements. Overall had a great holiday but would stay somewhere more quiet next time. Mercure hotel was undoubtly a four star and this is shown in so many ways.

The facilites were great. Variety for breakfast and the pools/service was good. Only negative was that there was alot of noise throughout the early morning (from other guests and housekeeping/staff).

It was our second stay in your hotel. Shout out to the FO staff named Wayan Budiarta who registered us in did notice me instantly as he had served me in my previous stay, which surprised me. And shout out to the Pool staff named Agus who have served us well during both of our visit! A little to comment regarding the shower pressure in the bathroom was kinda slow. And the hot and cold water pressure wasn’t consistent as it could goes from hot to cold and the other way around.

From the moment you arrive at the reception you are greeted like a family member, Big shout out to Melissa she is absolutely amazing and such a beautiful person. All the staff go out of there way to make your stay so enjoyable. The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are exceptional for the money you pay, we where upgraded to a executive suite and it was huge with a lounge area and massive bed, very comfortable. Budget payment with a 5 star feeling. The restaurant is also great and the food amazing from breakfast lunch and dinner, I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My friends and I stayed there for one week.The hotel is very convienient with its location. The beach and the shopping center is at 15 mins by walk.The room was clean and spacious just like the photos on the site. With all that said, I just have one regret, during the reservation, I would hope that there would more flexibility.
