IBIS cawang is very good for qiute stay people. But, there is no facililty to somethingeat around the hotel. This is the weak point. If subway is constructed, this hotel will be very very good.

Good enough facilities with nice service. Enough for the breakfast. But one point, i had a problem with air conditioner. Its so hot in my room, even i've droped till the lowest/coolest. But still, its hot. I think youve problem with the freon on the AC. But overall its good enough. Maybe if AC work properly ill give 9 for score. Thx before

This is my first time staying at Ibis Cawang. Check in and check out was easy, receptionist was nice and friendly. Room seems bigger than other Ibis that I have ever visited. Everything was good. Just one thing, when I felt hungry in the middle of the night. Tried to order something from room service, I couldn’t find any room service menu in the room. I am not sure if they have 24 hours room service. Other than that everything was excellent.

I was having standard room and staying for 2 night. The room is ok however when I enter bathroom I was surprised with the untidiness and uncleanliness. The faucet on hand-wash sink is rattled and not properly screwed, the shower door is loosely hooked up to the wall and squeaking hard. The most shocking thing the bathroom ceiling were dirty full of brownish spot and and shower wall were plaque with little dark spots here and there. I was not expecting this on Ibis. The brownish spots on ceiling and dark spots on the wall were still there on the second day even after cleaning service make up the room.
