Bathroom towels were almost grey in colour and did not smell clean Brown bed cover had stains on it, as did the sheets. Plus as with the bathroom towels the sheets did not smell clean

My Ikea pillow is a big thing. As size as your pillow. And it's collourfull. So, it's disturbed me. I stayed on September 9 - 13. On Friday, September 13, We still at 3rd floor until 21.00. There were 16 or more of us, and many of us were lost their things. But no one thing has found.

Ibis Cawang is one of my favorite hotel when I stay in Jakarta especially at east Jakarta. It's very close with Halim Perdana Kesuma Airport - just 15 minutes drive. But I have a little problem when I stayed in room 702. The toilet was rather bad smell. I tried to find out what a source of the smell but I could not. Please maintain the good toilet not only clean but good smell too.

Clean and comfortable room. Customer service was good. Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of local dishes. Towels does not look white andclean. Maybe did not get bleached well. Should have free parking access. Heavy construction around the hotel make access a little challenging but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall a pleasant stay
