All facilities are very good and amazing but the employee is quite low service; at reception, older employee trains and blames younger employee when many customers are checking-out, at restaurant, employee doe not understand hotel’s breakfast promotion set; at reception when check-out again, check-in employee and check-our employee does not send the message and look at the note about the receipt (everything check-in employee ask from me all but when check-out ask again what writing in your not, so you ask me twice for the same answer in your hand for what. Very Bad!! Ps. This is the first feedback for employee for the hotel in the world.

Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway is very peaceful and full of facilities. The staffs are service mind. Even the hotel located far from the pier, when you arrived here you will forget anything! I stayed in the deluxe ocean view room, the room area, bathroom, and balcony are wide too. I also bought the dinner buffet on Saturday night. It's very good value with the cozy atmosphere.

Amazing. Everything was exceeding our expectations. The room was more lovely than the pictures at booking.com. Was pleasantly surprised with how soft and comfortable the beds were. Were even two beds instead of one as described online. Food was amazing and the service was over and beyond. Was one of the most amazing romantic getaway experience I've had.

« Good vibes, Room is a a bit aged, Staffs need yo be well trained especially their manners. »

Overall environment is ok even the location of the hotel is a bit far but privacy and true hide away. Only thing that should be mentioning is that the manners of staffs as they are acting like no guests around by talking very loud. Especially when I were about to check-out (around 12:30 pm on April 30th, 2019, there was one person (I assumed that she might be a head of service something) was yelling at receptionists for somethings in front of me and other guests in which I believe this could be done properly in the office not being unmannerly in front of their guests!

« Loved the resort and the balcony with the swing »

We had a great time at the resort, really enjoyed the balcony with the swing chair. however there were rats or something in the roof which kept us up some nights. The staff were very accomdating except for some lady with short blonde hair was quite rude. Overall though we had an amazing time and would stay here again.

We had a very nice and cleen room. The hotel-area was Well maintained. There was a cosy atmosphere. Alle the employees was very serviceminded. But it was to expensive to est and drik at the restaurant and at the Beach Bar.

All staff are helpful and professional I asked for a surprise set up on the beach for my boyfriend dinner set up was awesome(vegan) the kitchen able to made vegan set dinner the manager at restaurant arrange dinner and set up a table with beautiful decorations such a romantic. We had a wonderful spa treatment by 2 lovely lady at hide away spa. Room was clean. On the 8th of April while we eat at the beach the hotel surprise put a cake in our room but unfortunately my bf vegan and I am can’t eat anymore. Thank you mercure staff everyone work hard and made our vacation even more marvellous. Morning buffet was great even tho lots of people(thai holiday) but staff able to provide good service. Everything is nice, but there were lizards in the room, which makes me feel uncomfortable with it. Also, the room ceiling should be able to open, so I asked the housekeeper to open it, but they said the rope for open already cut-off.

The room was nice as I didn't expect the standard room will have jacuzzi. The garden view have lots of mosquitos but it was fine so I was just stay in the room all night. There were full with the facilities that I would like to spend the night more. Breakfast was great . The pool access not private for the guest who paid for that!

« Absolutely blown away »

It was great, from beginning to end. Even though it was only a short stay we felt so welcomed and looked after. We also got engaged in your pool villa in koh chang (27th march 2019) so it was absolutely perfect!! The staff were friendly and happy, very helpful from the car park attendants to the manager, every single one of them made us feel so special, such a great team! So good we are going back before we leave (4th April 2019)

A beautiful resort with comfortable facilities .Breakfast is delicious .Staff are gently ,the room is clean and full wares but the towel look shabby in comparison with other hotel in the same class. Hotel was locate in a good location if you find the quiet place with clam beach for relax but it far from ferry landing .
