I had stay in this hotel on 4-5 aug, my point is not add to my account until today. And when you check in theres no le club member experience as a silver member. This is the 2nd time im stay here. And i think i never stay in this worst hotel again. Very bad services.

« A truly customer friendly IBIS Hotel »

It was a nice stay in the IBIS Harmoni at the end of July 2019. The room cleanliness is fine. The room set up is as usual in other IBIS hotels in Singapore, Kualalumpur and Bangkok. So, I felt very homely. The Reception staff, Restaurant staff, and Housekeeping staff are very friendly and helping. Housekeeping promptly responded when necessary and even provided a few sachets of coffee and creamer. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide spread of food items. The food was really tasty. The restaurant is spotlessly clean. The restaurant has a small open-air seating area at the back when you can take breakfast in a calm open area. The Macdonald (Maccaffe) is beside the hotel and open for 24 hours. There is an ATM in front of the Hotel reception and you can take out cash as necessary. A good shopping Mall "hypermarket" is just opposite the hotel. In this mall, there are several restaurants where you can take delicious local food at a very reasonable price. My overall experience in terms of facilities and location is very very good

« IBIS HARMONI-An excellent hotel with all facilities »

IBIS Harmoni Jakarta is strategically located along a main highway. 1. You can easily use the low cost Transjakarta bus to go anywhere in the town. The bus stop is located very near to the Hotel. Taxis are easily available within 2/3 minutes. 2. A big Hypermarket/Mall is just opposite the hotel. You can use over-bridge to go to the Hypermarket . A good number of restaurants are located there including a big super store and other shops. There is nice open air coffee shop just at the entrance of the mall. The Grans Mall Indonesia is nearby and Taxi fare is around USD 2 only 3. The Mcdonald "Maccafe" is just beside the hotel and this Maccafe is open 24 hours. 4. The Hotel provides buffet breakfast with varieties of food. There is cute open air seating arrangement behind the restaurant for smokers. 5. The ATM is in the reception area and open for 24 hours 6. The reception staff, Restaurant staff and front gate staff are very good and helpful. 7. The room facilities are good. The nightly rate is very reasonable - I booked at flexi option and paid USD 50 inclusive of buffet breakfast. I find this hotel very good for budget conscious travellers and who would like have all basic facilities nearby.

Generally my experience in staying at the hotel was extra ordinarily good. Receptionists were very friendly and as i had a late night flight, i was allowed for late check out until 3 o'clock PM. Room services and maintenance are high standard. I like the location as it is accessible to nearby restaurant and malls. I prefer to stay in this hotel again the next time travelling to Indonesia.
