« Nice stay »

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. There were too many guests coming everyday so i guess the staff had to try a lot to provide services. There were some hiccups but overall it was a nice experience. I love the feeling when you wake up at 6am looking outside and realize that there's nearly no one, the air is pure and fresh, the atmosphere is serene, it's like suddenly you were somewhere in a beautiful ancient European city. The pool which is indoor with heated water is also a plus. Thank you to Mercure Bana team for accomodating us.

I am very surprise and would like to congratulate Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills Hotel on the professionalism and commitment they have shown and provide me during my stay. I can proudly say this is one of my best hotel stay in my life and i will definitely come back again very soon. I was provide priority entry to board the Cable Car as requested by the hotel representative. Upon arriving on the top of the hill, I am being welcome by a group of hotel Representative. They offer to take photos of me and my friends before checking in as they might not me to miss this photo taking opportunity. I am offered a very nice room with balcony to relax during my stay. The welcome fruit basket wad delivered to my room with a variety of fresh fruit which i really enjoy it alot. The breakfast and dinner experience is splendid. The food serve in the buffet is very fresh and delicious. I would like to give my sincere thanks to Ms Jessie whom is the Customer Relation Manager. She made my stay with comfortable with no worries. She go to the extra mile in providing me information about the stay, helping me with transportation advice and even made reservation for my dinner and spa treatment. Accorhotels need professional hotel representative like her. Two Thumbs Up!

We arrived and transport from the airport was good. Check in was good. I requested a balcony room and wasn’t given one so went back to reception and they changed my room. Food needs a lot of improvement. When we were going back down the mountain we got off the cable car and followed the exit signs that let us to the wrong place we walked for about 15min till we reached the bottom. We finally found some one that spoke English she rang the hotel and someone picked us up to take us back to the reception area. Then they didn’t have our car for us that we had booked through the hotel and paid for. Finally they got one and no cold drink was offered and as we had walked for 20 min then stood around for another 20min to sort a car out we were very thirsty and nothing was offered. You need to have a person at the bottom of the cable car so that he can tell the ppl with luggage where to go to

« Love this place but bad air con in my room »

The place, food, theme park was perfect but I'm very disappointing with the air conditioner in my room (2 bunk bed). I can't change the temperature by myself I have to call the reception to change it for me. and It's not cold enough too hot in the night time.

I had checked in online prior to my arrival. The website said I just needed to pick up my key and there would be no waiting time. However, when I got to the hotel, I informed the staff that I had already checked in and was there to pick up my keys. The staff acknowledged my presence but disappeared and never came back to respond to my request. Another staff was serving another customer in a very slow manner. I got quite up set so I walked away to the next counter. The staff at the next counter promptly responded to my request and we got a room upgrade. All in all, it was a good experience staying there. but the service could really be improved. Receptionists really need to work better in team and improve their communication.

« Great room and location but poor service! »

I got a booking for two rooms (family Room type) but when I checked in the staff gave me only one room key and I need to show my paper to staff to showed that I really booked for two room. It’s a poor checkin system. ...I was in room No.6102 and I wanted to order some food at 09.23 pm. But I can’t find some menu on desk or anywhere in my room so I need to walk for 5 minutes for ordering some food but restaurant was closed now so I went to La’ Cirque and staff said it’s close and pointed me another restaurant. When I went to another restaurant they suggested me to got back to La’ Cirque so I stopped and asked staff for help because I had children with me and I don’t want to walk anymore. It’s ridiculous!...I wish the hotel will response to this event and I hope the hotel will be prepared your staff about service mind much more than this.

The GM himself was at the top of the cable car to welcome me. A porter was there to help with the luggage. That made me feel very wanted. Wow. Guess things cannot go wrong after that. Enjoy the stay. Jessie was proactive and nice to be ‘looked’ after. Many thanks Novotel.

In overall, it was a great trip up to Banahill. Great view and experience. We made a mistake by choosing to stay a night on Banahill. There's not much of an activity especially after 5pm. The food is terrible as we have Buffet for lunch and dinner. We were staying in room 8501, the room was filled with a football theme of Zinedine Zidane history. For myself it was fine, but my girlfriend was not impressed as she had no idea about football. Especially the artificial grass.
