We have stayed in many Ibis hotels in several countriies and this was the nest experience! Location in Toulouse city center was great, walking distance to all major sights. High standards, renovation has been made with excellent taste!

A comfortable hotel. My bag was accidently given to another party and they left Toulouse with it. However the hotel did everything to get it back to me on time. Maybe control this a bit better.

My stay at Novotel Toulouse Wilson Center was perfect! Room was very clean from bed sheet to pillow cases and to bath towels. I slept very well at night and wake up feeling fresh. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful especially Arthur at front desk who always answer my questions with great smile and positive professional attitudes.

This is by far the best Novotel I have stayed in worldwide and above the usual Novotel calibre .Location in Place Wilson could not be more central with shops restaurants and the central sites on your doorstep. The central forum of the hotel with its glass roof and attractive Eiffel Tower montage is teeming with light . The hotel location is a buzz with activity. Breakfast is excellent. Wellness Gym complete with sauna steam room and fitness room was a delight. Only slight snag is the small paper cups for hotel drinks in room but easily resolved by requesting if we could borrow china mugs from hotel crockery for our stay which was not a problem. Will definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable and well set up for a business traveler. There was a nice desk, the makings for coffee and tea, and a refrigerator stocked with water. The bathroom had a unique modern design and was very usable. The only things lacking in my room were an iron and ironing board. Additionally, I did not receive my bill by email as was promised, so now I have to track it down.

Me and my family were there for 14 days , only one thing made my family upset. On 13 Jun afternoon, we came back from outside ,and that day happened to be "victor Hugo festival" ,we unable to park our car in the car park. We were seeking assistant from front desk, a gentlemen wearing black jacket attended us ,upon listened our query he did not even look at me ,with disrespected tone told me " just park at capital". I am a foreigner ,I am not familiar the surrounding so I replied where is capital ,he finally look at me and straightway speak French to someone else who just passing by ,and went to have conversation with that person. Racism was the word came to my mind, I trying to hold my anger ,did not want to explode in front of my young children. Later I came back to front desk ,trying to talk to him ,and he no longer there ,but found out his name is PABLA - a duty manager that day. This was even more unacceptable ,a professional trained manager does not know basic communication skill such as eye contact ,also racial discrimination for people who not able to speak French. Whole stay was nice, but just because of one person ,we did not feel welcomed, and on top of this ,the damage control was not observed, I already complained to other front desk staff and express myself want to talk to Mr. PABLA, but I didn't receive a signal call from any staff before check out 2 days later, this made me doubt about your hotel system ,no feedback loop and never put customer at first.

Room was functional, had everything we needed but despite requesting a quiet room when booking and the hotel not appearing to be full we were put in a very noisy room backing on to the multi storey car park so sleep quality was non-existant and for this reason we wouldn't recommend or return. Breakfast was very good.

Long check in arrival around 23h40. Did not feel welcomed at all. Credit card immediately debited for 90 Euros without explanation!!! the mini bar on the room had only free water... Noise in the bedroom. Did not dare to report due to the receptionist face. Windows cannot be opened. Felt inside a cage. Lovely and smiling girl on check out on 10th June around 9h30.

« Good except for being woken by staff at 11pm and then when I complained told:” He’s just doing his job.” »

The hotel was fine, as was the room. However the night before we left there was banging on the wall outside our room. I looked through the security hole and saw someone so I rang reception. Nothing happened. When the banging started again I went to investigate and there was a staff member trying to fix a hole in the wall. I told him it was too late for that and he left, but returned a short time later and started again. I called reception to complain and was rudely told that the man was just doing a job that needed to be done. I was dismissed when I suggested the hotel guests should be the priority and it was too late to be doing that. Next morning it had not been fixed and no one was working on it then. I explained all this to a very nice young man at reception who agreed we had been treated badly and promised to take it up with his superior who kindly gave me 2000 points. We had booked the Novotel in Toulouse because we though it would treat us well. Fortunately we did not have to catch an early train

There are a few things I expect from a four stars hotel. First of all...windows that open! Al least a little! Then I expect that if on the site there is specified an existing parking... one must exist! Arriving there, we had the surprise that the parking was a public one,somewhere beside the hotel, at a considerable distance if you have to carry a lot of baggage. And expensive enough - 53 euro for less than 48 hours...without any discount for hotel guests. We booked half-board. Big mistake! Because at the restaurant, they offered for half-board exactly the same 3 types of main course and appetizers / deserts every evening! Imagine if you stay a week and you receive the same menu... Finally...,maybe I got used to good coffee.. . but what they serve at breakfast is a bad joke! Brown water instead of "espresso".

We opted for the Novotel Centre Wilson for its location and that certainly didn't disappoint. Room was comfortable modern and well appointed. Reception was spacious and modern. Our room card kept failing to open the door and we had at least four trips to reception to have it put through a machine to rectify the problem. The reception staff were professional and friendly but the star was a very tall young man at reception who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. He deserves mention because he was so genuine in his desire to assist us.

Good staff nice room smelt of food the whole time / had asked to be moved from initial room as it smelt badly of fast food and this wAs done swiftly but second room still smelt of fast food. Air conditioning unit very poor. Housekeeping not so good plugs/ shower drain left out following room clean.
