Very Polite staff. Nice decoration & perfect cleanliness. 1 small point - Power 230VAC Skts needed at bed side.. (I use a CPAP breathing aid -Luckily I had an extension power cable with me)..

Reception staff were friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable and spotless, despite being on the motorway there was no traffic noise. a nice breakfast, overall highly recommended.

« Convenient stop over on the way to Spa! »

6 rooms booked for a bunch of friends as a stopover on the way to the Belgian Grand Prix. Arrived, rooms ready, friendly staff, and a full fridge behind reception (so, no bar as such, but you can still get a beer!) Amenities in the petrol station next door were handy. Room was clean, and in the typical Ibis style. Breakfast was good. Will definitely use again next year.

Having stayed at several other Ibis and Mercure hotels, we were surprised that no hot drink making facilities were provided. We also expected a hairdryer in the room. We would have eaten an evening meal before arrival if we had realised that Burger King was the only food outlet on site.

I have stayed at Heverlee several times over the last 5 years. Always delighted with the service and cleanliness. The downside is that any decent food eating outlets are a drive away which make that inconvenient after driving all day to get to Heverlee. Unfortunately it is getting too expensive (compared to similar in UK!) This is so sad as it really is nice but have to be practical.

Good and pleasant, except the scent and air in the room (bathroom cleaned with Vinegar). The location of the hotel is strategically good and pleasant; with some shops next door and the high way at one side + a bit of farming & greenery at the other side.

I booked the hotel to arrive late as it was nearly half was to my final destination. Unfortunately their were no facilities to make a drink and also no hair dryer for my wife. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room, number 9, had a design fault on the shower and water poured out of the hole in the glass for the handle.

We booked this hotel as it was nearly halfway to Mainz to be able travel past Brussels in the evening and continue in the morning. The room itself was very clean, but as we were arriving at 11pm, there were no facilities to make coffee in the room and also no hair dryer. Most of the water from the shower ended up on the floor., I think there is a major design problem with the door, a big hole in the glass to use as a handle allowed water to pour through onto the floor. The bed was comfortable and and least we had a good sleep.

This IBIS hotel is well positioned and offers all the basics that one might need on a road trip. The service was excellent from all the staff. The rooms were clean and spacious with a comfy bed and a good A/C. TV was on the smaller side but that's about the only thing I picked up on. Oh and a crack in the wall but I guess it's a slightly older property? I would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at your Hotel in Haverlee on around twelve occassions. This year the hotel wa up to it's normal standards which is very good. However, we had a very bad experience with the young male receptionist on the evening of the 6th June. We checked in and ordered three Leife bears,which we payed for at the time. We then asked the receptionist if he could book a taxi for us to go into Leuven. which he did. He then told us that we would have topay the fare upfront as the Taxi company wouldn't come out unless it was prepaid. I then handed over 14Euros. When we arrived at the restaurant the Taxi driver told us " That will be 14 Euros". We explained that we had payed the receptionist. He checked with his company and they had no such record and they had never heard of that happening. WE returned to the Hotel, confronted the receptionist who denied that he had ever taken any money from us. There followed an argument where he and another older employee Began to shout and accused us of lying. I then said that perhaps in future we should go to another hotel to which he replied " Go, I couldn't care less". I am not worried about the amount amount, but I am concerned about the principal of his actions. Three of us witnessed him taking the 14 Euros.

Great hotel. Rooms clean and airy. we have used this hotel several times as a stop over on the way back from southern Europe. They now have a Starbucks and a Burger King next door which is extremely handy.
