« A disappointing stay, especially considering it’s part of the Accor group. »

Slow service, staff tends to forget multiple requests. Takes 3 calls and an hour for them to deliver basics like napkins, glasses, etc. We received a wrong room service order twice. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was the worst I’ve had by any 3 star standard. The bread was stale all throughout our trip. The smoothie (stores in a clay pot) smelled like clay and was inedible. The eggs reeked of refined oil. No jam available for 2 of the 4 days we were at the hotel. Our shower floor was sticky. They only managed to clean it the next day after we checked in during the turndown service. Bathroom toiletries were missing on the first day, only half replenished the second day. The wireless internet just wasn’t working in one of our 3 rooms. All in all, a horrible experience. Even though I’m an Accor member, I won’t be staying at the ibis ever again. Marriott Bonvoy has better 3* hotels.

« Truly Amazing »

Had a wonderful holiday with family. The staff were extremely courteous. Check-in was breezy, so was the check-out. The restaurant offered a very good choice particularly in the break-fast menu and the staff was willing to conjure up dishes as per taste. Chef Pradeep and Gopal were only more than willing to accommodate special requests. The staff at the restaurant could be a bit more efficient as some of them were laid back. The other team members did try to make up for the laggards. The Barman Sushil was really good who I could see was also doubling up at the restaurant. The Housekeeping was good. The rooms were somewhat cramped leaving no space for moving around. The size could have been larger. The pool, though smaller, was well maintained and clean. Overall a satisfying experience of staying at the IBIS.

« Most Amazing hospitality by Ibis Staff and its a hotel which I will be loving to stay again »

The overall experience was fabulous as the staff at Ibis made our stay more comfortable. Especially the restaurant staff in night - Mr Vikram helped us every time in night I walk in for milk for my kid even at 3.30 am in morning. There was nothing people can say No to the customer request. Loved our stay at Ibis and would love to stay again at Ibis during my next trip to Goa. Ibis made my trip more memorable specially the kids section in the resort id awesome thing which Ibis had made. Ibis is one of the best properties in Goa and I would be recommending it to all my colleagues visiting Goa in future.

my wife was not happy with the room and hotel structure , food she not enjoyed too much. Washroom water use to get fill up as no way to go out . in room we were able to see lot of ants near tea tray. as first we stay in radisson panji as scompare to that she was not happy . even balcony were not clean properly . She informed that it lack postive energy . structure of the hotel not goodcompare to other hotels. food dishes are not pick up on time .overall from my point i will rate the hotel as good happy as employess was helpul

I really liked tha ambience , the staff amicably solving all the queries of their guests. I would like to applaud the gr8 work done by Adi taking personal care of the guests . I think this personal touch matters the most. I reached hotel little early 7:30 am i had to wait for 3 hours with kids at reception ...I believe if d rooms are available one should be allowed to check in early. Overall satisfactory stay with IBIS..

Room service, pool service and Food court service was not up to the standards if we compare with other similar brands in the market. Moreover the property needs urgent maintenance as the drain of our washbasin in our toilet was not working properly.
