« Amenities are good and maintained but you need to increase service staff substantially. »

It was overall good experience. Many indoor activities for kids so they can spend quality time. Reception and checkout was smooth. Food served was also good. Only issue is with room service and housekeeping. I feel that you have substantial number of rooms but less service staff which needs to be improved to service all guests equally.

welcome the guest with a glass of water or a welcome drink. Please mention in advance at the time of confirmation that you will need photo identity cards for all the passengers. Make sure the guests who are staying in hotel are not a nuisance to other guests.

Breakfast situation was horrendous. Even on a Monday morning we were not able to find seating.Horrible food as well. No plates, cups, spoons during the whole while.Staff also seemed helpless and their attitude waslike'what can we do? There is so much rush'. Do you expect me to fight and argue with other guests for tables? No control over the pool. People loafing around in their innerwear even in the kids pool. Tv not working. People came and fixed it then the sound was not working. Bed is really small and uncomfortable.Its not a bed its a joke. The room is clean but really small. I wonder if needed how would anyone fit an extra bed in it. Towels were never available when we wanted.infact during the cleaning they would give less towels in the room I think to meet all the rooms demand. To be precise during our stay we felt we were staying in a chawl in Ghatkopar which has a pool and free breakfast.

I was at Goa with my family for a short trip. Before flying from Delhi, I was looking for many websites where I could find best deals. I zeroed down to 2-3 hotels for my stay and then searched their websites directly. I wanted to give some surprise to my little kiddo and it happened with IBIS. They had a Minion themed room. I booked the same and really my kid was very happy. The IBIS team is really very helpful and co-operative. At the last day my departure was in the evening so I checked out and waited in the lobby. And after a while I was asked by the staffs to use the amenities till the time we are waiting. A big thanks to the crew Mr. Lokesh, Mahendra, Buddhadev, Joe and reception desk. Thanks for making our holiday really pleasant and remarkable. Special thanks from my kid Viaann... :-)

A really wonderful experience. Rooms were a bit compact but still comfortable. Some additional space in room would have made it ideal. Food was really great with enough variety of dishes. Service in restaurant, front desk and housekeeping was also great. In kids play area - table tennis and football table was the highlight for us...and so was the swimming pool. A little less noise from music at the swimming pool would have been better.

Excellent stay . Homely treatment. Great service. Fantastic ambiance. Good Food. After coming back home , i realized i have left some medicine in the mini refrigerator. with great difficulty i could get the number , but after speaking i could not get any positive reply & unlimately the line was transferred to reception desk , i explained them about my concern , they said they will give ,e a call back . But no body called back. this medicine was not very expensive , but if i could have left some expensive item , that could have been of great concern. Hence please improve the responsiveness.

We hope that the efforts from our Executive Chef Vishal met your expectation as he personally ensured that all your food orders was personally executed under him. However, we have carefully noted your feedback in regards to the food option and have discussed with the Chef for betterment. Yes, we agree that the power fluctuation is quite frustrating on some days. There is an ongoing issue with the electricity in all hotels (supplied from Maharashtra) in this part of North Goa. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have any control over this and the electricity does go off about 3 – 5 times a day on certain days. We do use the generator immediately but the switch over from the main supply to the hotel generator takes about 20 seconds. This adds to the mistaken assumption that the electricity has gone off several times in a day. It’s been really nice of you in spite of facing some service issues you have not failed to appreciate our staff.
