Value for Money Stay

The property is good from the convenience point of view with ample parking space, two swimming pools and lifts for floors. The staff was cooperating, however were slow in room service sometimes. We booked two rooms, out of which one of the rooms had faulty intercom which they were not able to rectify during our stay. The rooms were clean with all amenities. The 4 pints beer package in Rs 499 with a starter is good one, but the choice of beer was limited. The buffet breakfast and dinner menu was limited with 75% repetition next days, so one gets bored within 2 days. The food taste is not so exciting except for few items, however is good for simple less spicy taste with no stomach trouble. Hotel has outsourced arrangement for travel,transport, rent and our innova was ready with convenience after booking. 5 min drive to Calangute, 10 min driving to Candolim, 15 min driving to Sinquerim beach. Overall satisfied with the stay, except for few minor issues mentioned by me that can be ignored.

Overall it was very good stay. Staff was polite and managers were receptive and quick to take action. Few feedback; Breakfast menu doesn’t get changed at all. We stayed for 4 days and after 2 days it was super boring to have same food again. Although we requested head chef and he made arrangements for a day. thanks for that !! Swimming pool music shouldn’t start in the early morning. Let guests enjoy nature and birds chirping. Swimming pool may have shades if possible so that people can enjoy for longer or in parts to reduce rush. thanks
