« I've stayed a few times in different cities. Twise in Lipetsk »

With your rather high level of prices in the market, the following is surprising: - Lack of hygiene accessories in your room: brushing (brush, toothpaste, floss), ear sticks and cotton swabs, shaving kit, - there's no set of threads and a sewing needle, - when I moved into a hotel room, there's a roll of toilet paper in the toilet, part of which was used (of course, the end of the paper is wrapped in a corner, but it's not a public toilet)

My experience with the grill outside, is a big plus for the hotel. My opinion is that due to the prices You have a loss of customers and hotel guests because they go outside to eat.

We liked the location of Mercure Hotel in Lipetsk. However, we experienced hotel's maintenance problems. Such as malfunctioning AC unit and water maintenance in room that caused us to relocate to a different room.

I stay with this hotel from 2013. During last 2-3 years I can see increasing of hotel loading, it's really difficult to book 2-3 days before. It's good for you, but you should remember that is not because of your actions but because there are no any good hotel in Lipetsk. So I believe you clearly understand that you have no competition and as a result you started very rood policy of cost cutting which follows serious quality falt

All was very fine - as usual. Your staff is very kind, very attentive and really service orientated. Your policy not always as illustreded below: I feel really not treated well when I sit all the day in the bar, having meetings and being your guest with a room for 2 nights and may not receive drinks without paying every dring, piece by piece or going to reception and openening a guarantee with my credit card. The place I am coming from people pay their bills in cafes and do not run away after consumption. I do not know other kind of people but in the world I am in they are a very rare kind. It was able in the end after explaining at the reception. But such a policy gives the impression being in a place were cheating and stealing is the rule. Could this be true in your beautiful hotel ? And nobody wants to be in a place where he had to make downpayment and some credit card warranties to drink a cup of coffee.

« Too expensive. Not value for money. »

The hotel is OK. At the same time I will chose another hotel for the next visit if the price stay the same. I can find an option that will be twice less expensive. Of course the service and performance will beworse but I can suffer for one night. If the price for Mercure decreases at least 30% I will book only this hotel even if there are cheaper options.

Good: Staying at the hotel was relaxing. All facilities were excellent. All staff members (including housekeeping, laundry, janitors) were friendly, polite, helpful, and well-dressed. Not good: Wi-Fi was constantly timing out and requiring a password. Double billing for minibar and laundry was a problem.
