Hotel is modern and clean. Room is well equipped and stylish. I didn't feel as a desired guest whilst checking in. Lady at reception was polite, but cool. She also didn't mention special offers available at hotel.

The hotel is brand new! It opened in Feb 2019. It is very clean, with very nice rooms. It has very good restaurant and is located in city center at walking distance from burger king, starbucks, other restaurants, supermarkets and the touristic site of koke-tobe. Really recomend!

Kazakh language is the official language in kazakhstan! But unfortunately today 07… I didn’t get Kazakh language service by your employee who works at hotel front desk, who’s name is zhansuat, I hope all of your stuff should able to provide service to the Kazakhstan citizen through smooth Kazakh language next time, respect the culture

« One minor issue »

The lock of my room's door stopped working and I was asked to change my room. It was 22 PM, and I was completely tired. I had to ask the clerk to move my belongings to the new room, when I was expecting her to ask me if I wanted them to be moved. Small but lasting memory about my stay. Overall, the stay was great, awesome room and delicious breakfast.

The room was quite comfortable, convenient. Clean. Reliable internet. Good staff at the reception. In the bathroom we had only shampoo and bath gel. Nothing else. For Novotel it is not sufficient. The rate is lower due to unbearable breakfast: not fresh (even boiled breakfast eggs were not fresh), bacon was as if cooked a year ago. I could eat only nuts... coffee was not good as well... please improve breakfast.

The hotel is new, facilities are good. But there was the unpleasant smell in the room. Also no robe, no toothbrush, no hair conditioner. And also my son got hit under the eye and got a deep scratch by one of the staff.

I did the pre-booking and could enjoy a very fast and personal check-in. Upper floor and mountain view was much appreciate. Very good breakfast with a wide range selection. Front desk offiers are always ready to book a taxi from app and could help with all my request. Brand new hotel with state of the art equipments, i will without a doubt return to this place either for business or private reason. I could only recommand this hotel.

Good new hotel, good facilities, good indoor swimming pool. The staffing can be better. Received complementary early check in. Felt that the front office staff were rude. Although, I was given a complimentary early check in, on the day of check in, while I was in the room, at 3 times separate times, hotel staff / people just entered the room even without knocking the door. A lady staff walked in while I was in the shower (as per design Novotel Has a open layout of the bathroom) this was very embarrassing. Was charged for mini bar and was informed that I had left the mini bar completely empty(this happens just a few mins after I check out of the room) While I had not taken anything from the minibar. I insisted the front desk manager to take me back to my room so that I can check for my self, As anticipated the mini bar was full and in the same way as how I left the room. I felt completely cheated and deceived with the false information given by the hotel and trying to take more money from me. Room service and the food is very average, the portions are very small compared to normal portions, I ordered salmon steak for dinner form main course and was charged 6000kazak tenge but the portion was hardly a starter portion ridiculous for any food standards. Did not have breakfast as I was late for breakfast. Overall will never be in this hotel.

The charge for early check-in (50% of the nightly rate) seems unfair. It also wasn’t disclosed to me until I checked out. Other than that, the hotel was clean and modern with good facilities, an enjoyable breakfast and polite staff.
