when I stayed one night of May 19, I felt that I did not enjoy the hotel specifically for breakfast not as good as before, the food served for chicken and capcay vegetables was not fresh but the food was reheated

Overall me n my fams enjoy to stay in this hotel. However, there's a lack of service due to the elevator service. Wa had a difficult experience to go to other room in different floor. We should ask the security to accompany us to go to the floor we want, which is different with our room's floor. Improving the card access to other floor would be nice

I was moved to room 816 because the previous one had a malfunction with the tv and the air conditioning was not work properly. So I called the front desk, and they decided to give me the new room. They did a great hospitality, keep up the good work!

« Nice room, bad experience when check out »

I stay here for 3 nights, This is my first time came to Makassar and i brought my 10 months old baby for my business. I came early so i have to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready.. actually i was hoping that my room would be ready early cause my baby and i needed to rest, we woke up at dawn to get on a plane.. But we thank you for setting the baby crib and baby chair, thx to f&b.. The room is clean and tidy, excellent housekeeping... Thank you... Thank you for the breakfast, i really like the sushi and porridge also for my baby... the f&b staff were really helpful when i asked for baby chair and warm water for my baby... thank you... Actually this is what makes me dislike the fo’s staff.. After we had our breakfast i came to the front desk and asked the lady (i don’t remember the name) if we can get the late check out, actually she gave it for late check out at 2pm, she asked me to live a comment in tripadvisor about the hotel. I thought i will wrote it by myself, she wrote it by herself, it’s not my original writing. For FO manager i think you should training your staff to be more polite, without her writing like that i will give you a good response to your hotel and your services for made us feeling comfortable staying at your hotel especially for my baby. I have read my review on tripadvisor, and i don’t know which one is caca, fera and sonia.. this is so not original I really really don’t like it!! You should train your staff to introduce themself to the guests! And for the bellboy, we waited too long for our luggages, i should asked 3 times for our luggages.
