Alnost next to airport ... good for short layover. Nothing fancy with minimum room amenities. Clean room. Wifi was good but shower was a little erratic. Hotel provide shuttle to/from airport at designated time... i did not try.

We spent 24 hours between flights at this hotel and came away a little disappointed. It was older/more tired than I thought from the website; the room was a bit grubby and worn, and the air conditioning left a lot to be desired – throughout the hotel. We waited a full hour for the free airport shuttle to pick us up, and on the return run the driver missed terminal 3 drop-offs (!) and had to go out of the airport and come back in. Seriously? I have cancelled another booking for three weeks time and will pay about the same money for a much better hotel downtown (although having to pay for transfers). The only real plus points were the friendly staff and great breakfast, but I don't really think that's enough.

It was a transit stay and I find it so nice and friendly staff from picking up the at the airport, checking in process and drop off to airport again. Just a suggestion, maybe 2 other elevators need to be fixed as only one that serviceable but since i just stay there for 1 night so it doesn't bother me at all :) Thanks Ibis Style!

The room had lot of mosquitoes, I called reception 4-5 times for some to come and spray mosquito repellent. After more than an hour I got angry and asked reception to send the manager. A guy came with racket to kill the mosquito, when manager came I had to request him for spray. After another 20 mins he came with spray. I had early work and till late night this drama continued. Then the worst thing happened, room stink of sewage, all night the smell in the room was horrific. It was the toilet . Was too tired to create fuss as I had early start and I had already faced poor service. I would have spoilt my sleep. Will never stay in this hotel.

I and my family were welcomed nicely at the hotel until I found something in the morning when I did my checkout. The reception didn't know I've booked myself and my family for airport shuttle service. I would like to wait until the next shuttle but not for having stuff that I must done at airport regarding my flight status so I decided to book a taxi to reach airport as fast as I can. I don't say I am disappointed but if I could say, all te receptionists would be great if they communicate each other well about the guests orders (no matter they arrived at midday or midnight, new reception shift or not), take notes from last shift so you can know what to do once the guests ask about their last order from the last shift!! Thank you

my first experience was bad with the hotel making the rest of the day unpleasant. This is because as i entered the hotel in a taxi, the taxi driver asked me to pay extra 5000 rupiah for hotel parking fees. We were confused and asked the Security guard working there about this parking fees. he said we have to pay. When we were checking in, we mentioned to the lady at the reception that it is not right to ask for parking fees when we are staying at that hotel. The receptionist said that if the parking ticket is stamped then we do not have to pay that money. Hence it it completely the fault of the security guard. it is his job to explain to us about the ticket being stamped without making us pay extra money. very disappointed.
