« Functional hotel but needs refurbishing and finer fittings. »

The hotel is good and I experienced both as a guest first for a week and then the apartments at the adagio for a month and the best attractions are the gym and swimming pool. The breakfast is good too and services too. The hotel rooms are good but the apartments are not always clean and the carpet was stained and old. It would do with refurbishment. There was a smell of dampness for a few nights at the apartment so I needed to be allocated to another floor. In sum, it is a good hotel but the apartments need refurbishing and they gave me free parking which I didn't need but not extra storage for some of my boxes which was vital so I have had to move to another hotel across the road which does and you have lost a long-term tenant in Fujairah. UAE.

Whilst I am delighted that overall you enjoyed your stay and in particular our recreation facilities, as well as our breakfast buffet in Flavours restaurant in our sister hotel - Novotel and the service from across our team I am sorry about your disappointment with the apartment carpet and cleaning. We strive to provide total confidence in this area being fully aware that hygiene and cleanliness are aspects of major importance for our guests to feel 100% comfortable in our hotel and apologise that our usual high standards slipped during your stay. As the General Manager I am even more sorry to read that you have not chosen to stay with us on a longer term basis, and whilst I'm aware that we have limited space I will be looking into this matter. Cleaners are amateurs - there is no proper inspection there is no coordination in house keeping . I.e a major repair was performed in a room and after nobody bother to clean, even after complaining the cleaning was no proper - was just ashes in the eyes

For been foreigner in this city Fujairah I consider Adagio the best home you could chose. But it has a mistake and is that they don't provide daily housekeeping which will make the staying better and easier for the housekeeping staff.

Where we can we are always eager to change, but regards the cleaning service I'm afraid this is not possible, as to do so would mean an increase in the price of our apartments and as our competitors do not offer daily cleaning, this would make us appear more expensive. Having said that for our long standing extinguished guests I'm sure we could offer a competitive price to provide daily cleaning, and our Director of Sales & Marketing would be only too happy to discuss this with you. My staff checked-in online. So check-in was fast and easy. Once I arrived at Novotel, I was greeted, "check-in", paid of my stay, given two keys, and assisted with my luggage, swiftly. Novotel always make me fee welcomed. I appreciate since, I'm falling apart due to my work schedule.

It is a very comfortable flat (I took 1 br apt) but it has a problem that we don't have daily housekeeping which is not good. Also housekeeping has a limit for the room cleaning which doesn't adapt to my life schedule. They enternto your room to clean and you find like 4 persons cleaning as fast as they can and very bad cleaning! I have to much to complain about this but the space here not big. I just want to say the room is good but the housekeeping is awful.

Good stay, except for the main toilet seat was very tight space and the carpet with curtains were dirty. Also there were no reception staff and to call novotel instead, novotel lounge were full of smokers suprisingly the staff said smoking free hotel. Last observation there wild dogs near the entrance.

Members of the Novotel staff are always courteous, polite, professional, smiling, warm, and welcoming. They did the honors of checking me in. I was shown a few options for rooms. I wanted to try adagio since long ago; finally I made it. I found positives and negatives. I like the idea of flat and very well designed. I would suggest to change carpets for a better look. I love to have a washing machine on the flat. Kitchen is very nice. I would suggest to renovate the bathrooms metallic items because they are coppery or old or used... so bathroom looks old and need really to be renovated. Would be nice to have most modern tv. But in general Ian so cozy and I like it! Thank you. I hope you take my feedback to improve your good property because it worth it! Thnx

« Great Apartment in a Good Location »

The Apartment (Studio) was large, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room area, large bedroom with ample storage and a really nice bathroom, with a tub and shower above. Restaurants and bars were probably the best in the area (Happy Hour till 8.00pm BOGOF), but there are other restaurants a short walk (10 minutes) away. Would defiantly stay again when visiting Fujairah.
