Here I will like to share a note of thanks to all the staff indulge in House Keeping, Concierge and Reception teams. It feel great relief when you have neat and tidy rooms when you are back from a long day of work. On a personal note following are the names to whom I owe a big time. Fresh and clean Adagio Aparthotel

I enjoyed my stay at Adagio apartment. LuLu is at walkable distance. Hotel facilities swimming pool and GYM are excellent. ( No charges ). Bed, pillows, restroom are beautifully taken care by cleaning staff twice a week. Thanks to Rudra, Fatima, Shriniwas and Laxman.

I hope this message finds you well. I have been a resident at your hotel for approximately 14 months, and during this time, I have developed a positive rapport with your friendly staff, whom I consider friends. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a series of unexpected incidents that have impacted my overall experience and perception of the hotel's professionalism. Unauthorized Room Entry: One night around 1 AM, a stranger entered my room, claiming to have had access from a previous visit. While the reception attributed it to a key from the past, I remain unconvinced and concerned about the security of my stay. Door Lock Issues: The door lock mechanism malfunctioned multiple times within a span of two weeks, prompting battery replacements instead of addressing the root cause. This issue persisted until the machine was eventually replaced. Hot Water Problems: Over the last three weeks, I reported a recurring problem with the lack of hot water. Despite assurances from technicians that the issue would be resolved, it remains unresolved, affecting my daily comfort. Unannounced Monthly Payment Increase: I was surprised to discover a sudden increase of 200 dirhams in my monthly payment. While I have a contract for fixed payments, this adjustment was not communicated to me beforehand, causing inconvenience and confusion. Intrusion by Cleaning Staff: On Thursday, December 14, the cleaning staff entered my studio unexpectedly at 5 PM, while I was in the bathroom taking a shower. They mentioned being instructed by the reception, claiming that I had vacated the room. This was not the case, and the incident was unsettling. As I plan to return to the hotel on December 31st at 11 PM, I sincerely hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a seamless and secure stay.
