I come to IBIS on a regular basis and always feel welcome whenever I arrive, galley, room service and reception front desk are kind and well dressed. The customer support assistance replied my mail within few minutes and clarified all doubts.

« Comfortable clean room with matching bathroom but shoer splashed out of the cabinet under the door a little. »

I was able to sleep well in a comfortable bed, had all I needed for a good rest. Breakfast was good. Reception was standard. They did their job without standing out or over-doing it.

« Was OK for the price I paid. »

It´s OK for a mid price hotel, but the room was small, the AC was above my head and at night, a girl entered my room by surprise. Obviously she made it by mistake, but the door lock didn´t work properly.

« Quick response to a problem found in the room »

When I arrived at the hotel at midnight (after many hours of flight/car), the floor of my room was all wet due to a window left opened, which caused rain to go inside the room. The hotel reception was quite helpful at providing me another room to stay, so in 10 minutes I could finally rest in a quiet, clean and DRY room.
