My agent sent specific orders to allow the consumption of water on the mini-fridge at the room what the attendants were not aware of that, which caused big misunderstanding in them end.

i had a good experience: welcoming and helpful staff. accommodation is ok. gym requires update especially to machines that do not work. breakfast price is on the high side and there is nothing special that can justify it.

« The hotel went back in quality. The rist room I got was very dirty and it was stinking on the 20th floor »

The first room I got was very dirty, not cleaned well. After going to the front desk where the friendly staff gave me another room. This room was better, but the cleaning quality is terrible and as said, some floors are stinking

The 20th floor to include my room smell, The room certainly looks clean and felt clean. It’s has an odor, industrial, almost like a rubber smell. Just not pleasant... add the gym to the list as well. On a Positive side, a decent breakfast with good coffee

I tried to reserve on line, but the reservation would not go through. So I went straight to the hotel where the clerk took almost 30 minutes to make my reservation and check in process. The day after my stay, I received a number of emails confirming my reservations (I had tried many times and received as many confirmation mails). So I please ask you to check if you have not charge me many times for my single day stay. At the hotel, I ask to turn on the sauna for me. When I arrived to the sauna 40 minutes later, it was off!!!
