I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Not until I asked for room cleaning, no one comes to do it even replaced the towels. Ibis provides shuttle service but only 4 rounds per day. The swimming pool is very small only for taking pictures.

« Decent Room With Below Par Breakfast »

The check in was speedy (Staff - Lynda). Room is clean and of good size with basic amenities. The shuttle bus service should run 7 days and not just Monday to Saturday. Business person only have time to sight see during weekend. Should re-consider this. I read a few review that the breakfast was really bad. So I decided to be a judge for myself. I think of all the AccorHotels that I have stayed in before this, this has the WORST breakfast spread/choice. If the choice is minimal, I will expect high quality. To my disappointment, the quality is the same at the choice, below par. Fried noodle looks like blanched noodle tossed with soy sauce and oil. The fried rice looks like again toss rice with soy. The only thing worth mentioning is the pastry if quite perfect. Flaky and crunchy at the same time. But the overall summery for the restaurant/breakfast is need a lot improvement.

I stayed here for 4 nights and generally speaking the stay was without much surprises. Check and Check out were smooth .... stay was good and generally perfect.... my only challenge was housekeeping services ... on first day i went out for work around 10 am and returned to room by 4 pm ... room was not serviced . Same for the second say went out around 10 am back by 4.30 pm and room was not serviced ... on both these days I have to speak to someone to get the service done ... everything else was ok will definitely stay here again .... and by the way they gave me a room with nice view on 22nd floor Room no 2201

I had a wonderful time in Kayla Lumpur. Very friendly people. Clean road and huge buildings. Worth of money. I felt satisfied and value of time. Local traveling like Grab car train and bus were awesome.

Located in the famous KLCC. 10-15 minutes (by car) to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, KL Tower and other signature building in Kuala Lumpur. Not much variety of foods. Fitness room should include free weights / dumbbells. Overall, it is a nice hotel for weekend getaway.

I was stay for 1 night and i paid the bill when i was check in. In my accor app the price appear around IDR 630K but i paid around IDR 700K!!. There is no clear statements from hotel, they said price in accor not include tax

« Great Location and Good Value »

Great location and clean rooms. Checkin was poor, long queue on arrival and was not able to checkin online as usual. Rooms were not cleaned at 5.30pm and 6.30pm on first two days of stay; had to complain to duty manager to have it fixed. TV channels limited.

The hotel is nice and in good location. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean. The line for check in quite long in day time, receptionist quite slow. They even overcharge us for the room tax, after we protest they gave back the money. Would be great is all the FO staff have same information about this tax, because we got different info from different staff about the amount. --- During my stay; I asked the reception to fix the leaking handshower in the bathroom. No one came until we check out. Quite disappointing.

« No sleep staying in the hotel. »

In my booking I requested a quiet room. It is a new hotel so everything is new. Long queues to check in and only 2 counters working. I called Front Office around midnight due to the constant baby crying next room which I can hear very clearly in my room. I spoke to a guy and he said he will speak to the guest next door and look into the matter. There was NO follow up. I was woken again around 3am with the baby crying and again at around 6am. Needless to say I did get to sleep at all and the tagline for the hotel is "Best Sleep Awaits". I called Front Office around 6am plus and spoke to a lady and she passed the line to the Duty Manager who then informed me the hotel was running high occupancy and therefore could not change my room. He said to me the guests next door will check out today and offered me complimentary late check out which to me is redundant when I cannot sleep due to the constant baby crying next door which can be heard clearly (it's a connecting room). Very disappointed with the stay at the hotel.

We loved our 3-night stay in Ibis KLCC. It was close to the Petronas Towers and you can conveniently get a Grab car to anywhere. We also like the service. From checkin counter staff to the lobby cafe staff, everyone was warm and very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool at the 31st floor was too small. It can easily become crowded. At any rate, we will still stay there again.

Nothing much worth complaining to the management but I would have lowered the rating if the price was consistent with the other nearby higher hotel rates. The bathrooms have a silhouette window to allow light to pass through. It’s not the standard bathroom of the ibis around the world. They have a shower handle as well as a sunflower shower head from the ceiling. Here are the pro’s: - free parking (until the 8th floor and self-serve parking meter is in effect) - solid breakfast variety - participating in Accor frequent guest program - wonderful infinity pool on roof - spa on premises - rooftop pool with good views - friendly staff Now onto the not-so-pleasant: - same breakfast offerings daily - tea dispenser taste of burnt coffee grinds - consistently undercooked eggs (3 days in a row) - tabacco smoking on balcony of rooftop bar - pricy spa treatments - shuttle van service to KLCC has limited hours - walking path to the LRT/MRT is not safe - outdoor pool is subject to weather conditions - poor access to public transportation - clueless staff with poor communication skills (only know how to smile)

The handicapped room has no windows, the shower has no handrails, the slope to the toilet shower was such as to allow my walker to roll of the side of the slope. The room was not serviced until after I returned to the room and the "one call button" was not answered which meant i had to carry my own luggage down to my car and there are no handicapped parking spaces. I will not be staying here again.

a newly set up hotel, requires a lot of improvement in terms of customer services. close to KLCC but way out from bustling and hassling traffic ...a good walk path to KLCC. surrounding with offices therefore in evening a quiet ambient surrounding the hotel.

The room is very cozy and nice ambience around the hotel makes more relaxing. Very good service. The restaurant had very interesting menus and nice surrounding. Foods were tastier. Easy checkout. Need to improve their parking system which is free by the way for now.

« New Hotel - not close to public transportation »

This IBIS is a new hotel in a posh part part of the city.Great rooms, attentive service and good coffee at the lobby cafe.For improvement (don't know it can be) is the accessibility to public transportation like metro/train/buses. I could only use taxis (pricey) and ride hailing apps (Grab). There is a free shuttle service - but with limited room, 5 trips a day, and one-way only (not round-trip).Over-all I still enjoyed my stay as it was the center of town and the hotel was lovely.

« Clean and cosy hotel »

The room is clean, and i enjoy the amenities provided by the hotel. The bed is very comfy but queen size, the aircond is however too cold, cant be adjust. Breakfast spread nice, the croissant is freshly bake. But the omelette is the worse that i ever had. One more thing, the restaurant is not serving anything at the evening.
