Checkin was a breeze. The room was very comfortable and views great. Pity that we could not use the balcony. Will have to come back in summer. The staff overall were courteous and friendly.

Decent a accommodation, good breakfast and attentive staff. I had expected to experience additional benefits as per my gold status (room upgrade, welcome drink, %off drinks and meal) but these were not available.

Communication to kitchen on eating requirements did not take place, intial impression from first chief was that he would rather not cook for us. Chief from Friday and Saturday morning was brilliant, table service was great for duration of stay. View from room was great and room clean, beds not the most comfortable. Location great. Overall experience was good

The lady that checked us in was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations, the room was lovely and the view was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff at breakfast were so lovely! Really really enjoyed our stay!

Small property but the rooms were comfortable and the staff were welcoming. We stayed 2 nights on a Sunday and Monday night, and overall didn't have any problems at all throughout the duration of our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

This hotel is not what you would expect, however it is pleasant. I thought it would be more glitzy as a Mecure Hotel. However, it was comfortable and the breakfast made up for it! A bit pricey for the decor and atmosphere (Shared with a golf club).

Our stay was fantastic and not long enough. The rooms while not that big had all you needed and the view over the golf course and beyond was stunning. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

the only disappointing issue was that it wasn't until we got there we found out that we could not use our Accor cards at the dining area. This was a major factor when choosing Accor hotels to stay at. There is nothing on the website to stipulate dining discount could not be used, only at the desk upon checking in. Further to that,the website said that average cost to dine was $20 pp for a starter and a main or main and dessert, when the average price for one meal was $20 so misleading again. Not happy to pay $20 for a breakfast for each person or $20 for a burger meal either. No dinner was available which we were aware of, but considering its an Accor hotel, expected meals to be discounted as never encountered this before in other stays. The welcome drinks are usually in the form of a drink voucher but we were told it was bottled champange which we do not drink. Once again, never had this experience before as would rather out complimentary drink to be a coffee or a wine of my choice like in previous Accor hotels. Very disappointed to be charged for a pot of tea in the dining area when I could have had this in my room or asked for hot water and got the same tea bag. Once again, at breakfast in Accor hotels, have never paid for tea or coffee or juice, so why this one. We were told it was privately owned by the gold club. This information would have been handy on the website prior to making our decision to book. Perhaps would have chosen a different location

We were made to feel very welcome and received very good service. We were however very disappointed with our accommodation booking. We rang to make a booking approximately in February for our stay in July. We were advised it would be better to book on line. We were happy to do so. We specifically booked the "Privilege Room" as it had a bath/spa included in the amenities. When we arrived we were allocated a "Privilegd Room" without a bath/spa which was very disappointing. We understand a wedding was also being held on the day and understandably the "Privilege Room" was given to the bride and groom. Had we known that only one "Privilege Room" contained a bath/spa we would have gladly booked a "Superior" Room instead. As we stayed for 2 nights the staff were very accommodating in moving us to the "Privilege Room" once the bride and groom vacated the "Privilege Room" with the bath/spa. We therefore only had one day out of the 2 days we wanted with a room with a bath/spa. I feel there should be a way to indicate that only one of the 2 "Privilege Room" has a bath/spa or on completing a booking, there should be a message stating or warming if the successful "Privilege Room" has a bath/spa or not, then the customer can either chose to go ahead or change their booking type. This would prevent a customer being very disappointed when checking in their room on arrival. Apart from this disappointment, we were very happy with the staff and the service.

I stayed over two nights and I have got to give credit to the staff especially Sam Cas and Millie. They catered to my very need and went out of their way to make sure everything went well as I was also using the hotel for a vow renewal location... Sam was amazing and very welcoming I did need alot of help and she was always there to help me which I really appreciate

Very comfortable and beautiful surroundings. Your reception ladies are friendly and helpful . Very clean and comfortable room. We were only staying for a night to attend a friend’s anniversary party. Wish we could stay longer.
