First tie at Saint Die and the town was lovely. We opted for the Ibis Budget to save a little money and initial impressions were great. The hotel is in a lovely riverside position, the reception was welcoming and the newly refinished room wonderful. We had a comfy nights sleep and went down for breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing. It had been advertised as “all you can eat” but we didn’t want to eat much of it. The choice was limited and the quality of the food on offer was decidedly poor. It spoiled our stay. In comparison, the next night we stopped at Ibis Como and the breakfast was magnificent.

Basic room. All areas of the hotel need a lick of paint! I was only there for 6 hours so I can't comment more.

It was nice except for the main door password.

The password given to enter the building was not working, we were able to reach the official by phone and enter the building after a few tries. Other than that everything was fine.

Except... i come at 15:20 sunday, after long motorcycle trip and the hotel is close, no phone number for contact us... on the window i can read reception open sunday afternoon from 17:00 I'm happy i can buy one beer to the cinema and the receptionnist come at 16h
