The staff were wonderful and I cannot fault them. The restaurant staff particularly were delightful. However the accommodation was disappointing and dated. We were particularly concerned by the bed and bedding. The pillows were foam and by far the most uncomfortable we have encountered and the duvet was brown and stained. It always revealed itself by the end of the night and clearly many, many people had had similar contact with it. Most unpleasant. A resort such as this, purporting to offer luxury, needs to hold itself to a higher standard. A shame when the staff work so hard.

Easter Family Holiday - nice stay but the plunge pool in our apartment was cloudy and not inviting to swim in. We booked a rollaway bed for our daughter but it was left downstairs instead of being set up in the bedroom as requested. We also received a note saying due to the Easter Public Holidays there was no housekeeping on those days.

Lovely two bedroom apartment with a private outdoor spa in a huge resort with a beautiful pool. The restaurant provided perfect meals and great service. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive and it included a chef preparing customised omelettes.

Was unhappy with our stay, a few reasons.. poolbar closed all day so we were unable to get food or drinks, ran out of lactose free milk - there was a grocery store around the corner an employee could have gone to get some for the day, rooms weren’t serviced well, front desk staff weren’t very helpful, pool wasn’t maintained very well - was dirty, ice creams at poolbar were all melted and bar staff didn’t care when we mentioned this as they tasted horrible…. It just seemed as though the place was being run on minimal staff for minimal cost and made the experience unenjoyable overall
