I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel and am very surprised that this is under the Pullman brand as it’s nowhere near the standard I expected. I’ve recently stayed in other Accor hotels of a lower level that have been much better.

« Great staff, facilities and location. »

This was our first time staying at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park and we loved it. Dining options, quality of the food and the staff at Cafe Thirty6 and Windows On The Park were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable. We didn't have the time to check out the other facilities as this was just a quick stopover in Sydney. The hotel is in a great location so we will be back to take advantage of this and explore the city sights and maybe indulge in a bit of shopping.

Have been staying at the hotel for several years and can see the wear and tear over that time. Hotel in need of an upgrade/rejuvenation and a good clean. Food in ground floor cafe was disappointing. The upside is we were very happy with the service we were provided when we had issues and that means a lot

« Good service, glad to be back. A minor issue at check in »

There was issues at check in and neither my reward number or credit card could be accepted. This created a delay. It appeared to be a computer malfunction that I'm assuming since I was billed it was eventually corrected. Check out the next morning was very smooth. I left a set of reading glasses behind and had great service when I rang to report this. They were returned by express post today for a small fee which was totally acceptable.

It was easy and nice! That said, you really need an express check out box as there is always a line up and a lot of people just want to be able to drop there cards in a box without feeling rude and having to interrupt people being served. I also think you should offer upgrades for business people readily staying there that may not be in loyalty programs!

Slow to get help from the consierge on arrival with luggage. I asked before going up, was it a good room, it was right by the lift and they were carrying out mantance, noisy. Change rooms 2 days later. Executive room was a godsend very will run .attentative staff. Made up for other short falls. Great location by park and trains

Overall average experience. My room was not great- in particular the bathroom was not to a standard I would expect. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor which is dangerous. There is no shelving in the shower to put your amenities on so they had to go on the floor. Bed was small but mattress and pillows were comfortable. I could hear the elevator moving throughout the night from the bed. Room service breakfast was good, however the restaurant downstairs for dinner was not. Food didn’t have much flavour and was not tasty. Paul at the bar was lovely.

I enjoyed a very pleasant night’s stay at the Pullman Hyde Park, thank you. My partner and I took advantage of the in-room dining and had two different steaks, which were nice. Not amazing, but nice. It was a shame you didn’t have fillet steak on offer, but what we had was pleasant. The wine available to purchase in the room however was ridiculously overpriced (something like $38 for a *half* bottle of something very average) - which made me quite cross as it felt like you were unnecessarily taking advantage of your guests. To this end I actually went to an excellent bottle shop nearby and bought a much better quality wine to enjoy in our room. Steven who helped me with my luggage was just brilliant, and should be commended on his superlative guest-service and lovely manner. The breakfast was great, and all the staff were lovely. The huge bath was really nice to enjoy, but it would have been even more perfect if you’d had some bubble bath available. Anyway all in all, a lovely stay and I hope to be back. Thanks.

Enjoyed another great stay at the best hotel in Sydney. It doesn't matter which staff member you interact with, they are all so helpful and very engaging and always want to help. The rooms are always clean, with comfortable beds and clean soft linen. Always have a good start to the day with a very good breakfast. Highly recommended.
