Excellent views,however room was looking a bit 'tired'. Doona had a brown stain on it and when we moved the coffee table there was leftover nuts and paper . Obviously table hadn't been moved to vaccuum despite being on wheels. Doona replaced with another that didn't fit the King size bed. Accidently left ( totally my fault) a precious bangle behind on bedside table but was not turned in. Was very disappointed.

Location was great, staff very friendly, food was good although would have liked to have known at check in that restaurant and bar was closed Sunday and Monday nights. We were a little cold in bedroom at night. Feel that heavier doona or blanket advisable in colder months.

Good location for what we needed. Room wasn't available until after 2pm, so we spent time in the lounge/dining area. The staff in the restaurant where very friendly and the food was nice. We enjoyed happy hour and the breakfast, with the same friendly staff.

We were treated like family! The 2-bedroom 2 bath suite was great and cleaning services every day made my day! The view of the harbour and Sydney Opera House from our balcony was the highlight! The bar manager Vino was the best there is! His friendly demeaner and sense of humour kept us coming back every evening for Happy Hour! The front of the house staff is second to none in the service industry that I have experienced in quite a while! The continental and made to order breakfast were delicious and gave you a great start to our busy day in Sydney! We would return without a doubt! Thank you Karen
