Overall great experience. I was called that morning and advised that the room was ready early. Upon check-in the greeting was fantastic and throughout the stay the friendly nature of the team was ongoing, they even remembered my name, which was a nice touch! Great location and great accommodation.

On arrival we were meet with a friendly receptionist, however we were not given instruction that the 'Key 'Card was actually is the Key to acending the Lifts. My wife and I spent a short time lost in the Elevator, until a patron told us about the use of the Access Card. The Room was in Good Condition. On arrivial the following morning at breakfast there was several Patrons josseling for a Tea & Coffee on an Domestic Coffee Machine. The Volume of Hot Water was at a slow rate, inwhich we felt at a loss and held wonder why is this so. The Waitering Staff were friendly but seemed over whelmed with the demand placed on the services. This was realised in the 40 minute wait, to be severed a simple cooked breakfast. While waiting for our breakfast to be served, the view was very delightfull from the Positon of the Dining Room, however this would of be enhanced with the windows being cleaned from the Salt Spray and the plates on the outer terrace of the Dining area being Cleaned-up to prevent the Seagulls from have their breakfast before ours. Concerned Guest.

« Adequate but not special »

Staff we encountered were friendly but my impression was that the hotel was understaffed. I rang housekeeping and reception mid afternoon- no response to either and although breakfast was well cooked there was only one staff member to cope so tables were not cleared promptly and buffet supplies such as sugar and bread for toast ran out. The room was clean but cold and stark. I had taken my elderly mother for a break from her nursing home so needed to leave a light on in the bathroom overnight but no facility for low lighting in there - it was all lights or nothing plus no facilities at all such as a bar next to the toilet or in shower to assist elderly people. Perhaps consider a pot plant or some kind of decor on balcony - again this area is cold and stark. I wish I could be more positive- as I said our stay was ok but not enough to make me want to rush back!

The Sebel, Mandurah was recommended to us which is why we chose to stay. The winter package was very reasonably priced, our room very comfortable and breakfast was very nice. Great location.

The Sebel Mandurah is what I call a "proper hotel". My sister and I had a fantastic experience for two nights. It is in a very convenient location and close to Dolphin Quay and many restaurants. We found the staff very helpful and the room was sensational with a fabulous view. Thanks.

The room was clean and location was great - until late at night. Too noisy. A quiet room was requested so further away from the festivities of the downstairs bar would have been appreciated. Consider a toaster or microwave is appropriate - especially when there's no room service - at least I couldn't find a menu

« Nice and clean hotel »

I came late and leaft early. The reception was behaving as expected and room and information was given in an good way.I got a room with both ocean view and wiew to the turn around on the road. Sound may be a problem with just single glasses in windows. A clean and nice room and a good bed. I may very well use the hotel again. The 1$ breakfast was also good enough as a breakfast for 1 morning.
