We arrived early having parked our car and were greeted by 2 lovely ladies on reception. We were advised that we had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment, which was a great surprise as we were using our free night. The location was amazing, being so close to everything. The restaurant was also very good. The staff also gave us a map of the city and directions which helped us as it was our 1st time in Brisbane for 30 years. Great experience, Thanks.

This was the perfect location for our 3 night stay. Our apartment was very well appointed, immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was easy within the building. We enjoyed breakfasts (with the fastest cooked food service ever) and dinners in the restaurant. We loved our stay, we will be back!

Amazing front desk staff, lovely clean and quiet rooms. The gym was a bit disappointing (old treadmill, only in mile!) and the breakfast service was slow - but the food was great.

Perfect ~ Front Desk/Reception - just great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was top notch with all the usual amenities. Lifts are fast. Restaurant/bar is great with fabulous staff ...can't remember all the names ... Nina, Antoinette (maybe ??) and Casey - what a lovely young woman. Our 3night visit was one of our best hotel stays which was also because of the central location just a block and a bit from the centre of the Queen Street Mall.

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Clean, spacious room. the only disappointment was the drying function on the washing machine which didn't work. Staff responded promptly by taking our wed washing to be dried elsewhere. Maintenance of these machines might be an issue for other rooms in the future.
