Everything was well appointed and I enjoyed my stay. I would have liked an extra blanket in the cupboard, as I got cold and wasn't sure how to work the air-con.

The room was spacious,clean and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel is centrally located. The only downside was the restaurant as the food was average. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

« Couldn’t help us Enough »

Taking my family of 5 to Brisbane was a challenge in itself. However, accomodation at the Sebel was a breeze. Check in staff were welcoming and explained everything. Service provided additional bedding a requested and made up the beds perfectly. The whole stay was a great and easy experience.

Staff were friendly and eager to be an assistance. But at front desk seemed to pass on important information . Eg lenght of stay and late check out. Been harassed to vacate on you first night as info not passed on i was staying extra two nights. But that was the worst of it . And enjoyed my 3 nights. Close to just about anything you can think off

I travel to Brisbane for work regularly and normally receive a larger apartment style room. The room I was booked into was small with no kitchen facilities. The room smelt of food, perhaps a garlic smell. I asked at reception if I needed to book breakfast the night before because I needed it to arrive at work at a certain time. I was told I just needed to call the kitchen a half an hour before I needed the food. I called around 45 mins before I needed it, but the food didn't arrive for an hour. I had to call room service but no one answered. I waited ten mins and called again. The person who answered apologised and brought the food up straight away. However I ordered fruit toast but it did not come with any butter. Because of the delay I had to rush to eat and was late for work. The person who delivered the food said it was busy because of the rugby. When it is a foreseeable busy time I would have thought there would have been extra staff.
