I quiet like staying at the hotel. The girl on reception when I checked in on the Tuesday evening recognised me from previous stays. She is always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast once again is disappointing, the service is a little better but if you are staying in the hotel for business you want to be served quickly which is not always the case.

Very good , customer service especially the house keeping staff didn’t get his name , but from the Philippines . Was amazed how he attended to my request , when I ask him to do two single bed in room 2003.

The apartment was comfortable, and the location was great, however one thing you need to look at is the ventilation between apartments. There was an absolutely overwhelming smell of curry on level 8, which hit as soon as you exited the lift. It was throughout the apartment too, so I'm not sure if it was from previous cooking in my apartment (802) or a neighbouring one.

I like staying there. The only thing i can suggest is that you can't charge $25 per day for wifi. That is criminal. So my overall rating is affected by that.

We were very happy with your staff at reception and at Croft House dining. Also the weekly Wednesday afternoon invite to meet "BEHIND THE SCENES STAFF" and other guests was very good. We are from Ettalong Beach NSW and the purpose of our visit was to stay with our son/family over 2 weekends and spend 4 days during the week at The Sebel exploring Brisbane city and surrounds.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and bed/pillows were quite comfortable. Breakfast was a little awkward with the area being extremely tight. Tables for 2 and 4 were quite small to fit a breakfast meal, a glass of juice and a tea/coffee on. Breakfast menu and food were fine though.
