« I always enjoying staying at the Pullman Quay Grand because of the service and position »

I stayed for about a week and was able to catch up with friends and go to the opera, art gallery, and downtown. I feel the Pullman is in the perfect spot for me to do all these things. I was also able to book room for my family to come together for my birthday next year during the vivid period and found your staff extremely helpful in organising the Hacienda room and a high tea for this.

« It was a lovely weekend and the view was amazing as always from Pullman’s Harbour View Quay »

Overall we were impressed though just a few disappointing things that occurred nothing major: • Dining for Breakfast Both Days - 1st Day we were forgotten then order was not complete and food went cold. 2nd day our order seemed to take a long time again and then was incorrect when it came. Next time we probably wouldn’t opt for breakfast at Pullman’s. • Foxtel was not working on 2nd day to capture NRL Game that we particularly wanted to watch though not a big deal. • I thought we were going to receive a complimentary newspaper but it never came. •

« Good except for the breakfast system. »

The lack of a breakfast buffet, which has been there on all of our previous stays, has made breakfast a disappointingly inefficient process. On one occasion we waited half an hour for our order to be taken and another 40 minutes for it to come - and this was for an order of only muesli and fruit! On another occasion we experienced orders for other guests being delivered to our table. A buffet, in conjunction with a la carte, is more sensible and efficient. This tainted our experience which was unfortunate as, in all other respects, the accommodation was at its usual high level. If we were to stay again we would not book the breakfast option unless there was a buffet facility.

Room 402 window sun blinds would only stay fully opened, when tried halfway, blinds dropped to the floor. Bed lamps and both TV's lost power late on first evening. Reported problem next morning and power restored whilst having breakfast.

We always enjoy staying at the Pullman, the views are amazing Breakfast some mornings was extremely slow, other quests were also making the same comments, breakfast was always delicious though Many thanks for the bottle of bubbles for our 40th Wedding Anniversary On booking our accommodation we were asked which floor would we prefer low or high level and we requested high. On arrival our room was changed from the 6th to the 4th floor and given to the gentlemen standing beside us ? When we enquired why, reception staff informed us the Duty Manager allocates rooms on a daily basis. We were moved to the 8th floor the following day.
