it was pleasant but not much room to swing a cat ... such as the lounge was right beside the bed ... very squashed in was expecting a bit more luxury after looking at photos on hotel site.

« A little disappointing »

There were issues with the TV. The iron did not work meaning I went to looking very unprofessional. We tried to order breakfast soon after 6am. We could not get anyone in room service to answer the phone. We eventually got through to reception who got room service to ring us. We were then told the simple breakfast order would be at least 45 mins. We cancelled the order and went elsewhere to have breakfast.

« Concierge service is disorganised and rude. »

We stayed on the night of the 7/9 at Mecure for a function at Brisbane City Hall. When we went to check out the next morning and have our car returned the next morning it was really frustrating. The men at the concierge area just took out ticket and disappeared. The total concierge area is disorganised, and the men are rude. It only takes a few works to explain the process. But they just take your card and you're left standing there wondering what you need to do next. They rest of the stay was lovely so really disappointing that the last people we encounter on our visit give such bad service.

Seriously, one email to request a survey is more than enough. I don't need a reminder, and I definitely don't need a second follow up email stating that you think I haven't responded because I had a bad time. The stay was 10/10 but the NPS journey has been really, really annoying. Leave your guests to leave a survey if they wish. You do not need to harass us - we will leave a review if we feel like it.

Requested a walk-in shower and received it but with no shower Curtin which made it difficult to keep the bathroom dry like toilet paper etc... The TV was having terrible reception problems the whole time for the 2 nights. I did fill out a maintenance form and handed it in at check out. Hopefully, someone has addressed the issues on it.

The expense to be guests has been fulfilled on every stay and appreciatively in return I have each time l am pretty accurately able to express the welcoming nurtures positively reminding me about reassurance to stay somewhere great. This suits your hotel in my opinion. I hope that this was a good idea to compliment although the t.v. wasn't operational. No problems.

Staff at check-in very helpful and friendly as were the concierge guys holding our bags, and aslo the lady in the cafe in the foyer - excellent staff!! Room was comfortable and quiet - just the tiles in the shower were grubby. Popped up to 16 Antlers at lunchtime and disappointed it was closed - would have been a nice break out space from the conference

« The staff were great but a few things in the room disappointed me. »

At check in, I found the staff at Reception very pleasant and helpful, including the Concierge. They made me feel very welcome. I did find a few things in my room disappointing: I was unable to make a cup of tea as the milk was frozen hard. The floor mat in the bathroom was not replaced for the second night, so I had water all over the floor outside the shower as it leaks, and the soap holder/shelf in the shower continuously fell off while I was showering, as it was broken.

I was extremely satisfied other than the retreval of my car from valet. I was asked to dial 9 when ready and my car would be ready. I tried twice and the phone just rang out. When my car arrived I had to put the luggage in myself!!!
