The staff were friendly & helpful. It was lovely with high floor & complimentary late check to 2pm. Thank you for looking after us by giving us 2A & 2kids complimentary drinks & bottles of water. The parking was reasonable whiich is much cheaper than other hotels. The food was lovely & delicious especially the garlic bread & Salmon dish. We had a reunion with some friends so we booked a room for my kids & I, so we didn’t have to drive late home. My kids & friends loved the food.

This was my first visit back to the Novotel this year after recent stays at The Mecure and Medina. It was pretty impressive. The only hiccup was my breakfast which wasn't delivered. I had the menu on the door from 8.30pm. Although this was not ideal as I needed to be at work by 800am, it was remedied extremely fast. I was told I could go and attend breakfast down stairs as way of an apology. They were expecting me downstairs which meant they had communicated internally very well. It's an impressive breakfast and possibly the greatest coffee I have ever had - and I have drank a lot of coffee!. Mistakes happen, how this was solved was the most impressive memory. great service. I'll certainly prioritize this hotel again.

I have stayed at Novotel Sydney Central Hotel for 4 days. The hotel is located near Central station. If the Light Rail is connected to Circle Que station, it is more useful for sightseeing and shopping. Our stayed room is superior room with balcony, it is wide and suitable for us. Thank you.

We have recently had a lovely stay overnight at Novatel central. We often choose to stay in Sydney overnight for entertainment and cultural events as we live in the the western blue mountains. The hotel location was good for transport and for an event at the ICC and getting around Sydney the next day . We found the rooms spacious, clean and beds comfortable . It also was very exceptionally quiet . We were really impressed by the friendliness of staff in reception, in the bar and at breakfast We loved the sustainable and slow food touches - at breakfast, we could make our own fresh juice and select honey, made by the hotels own bees, which comes from their own rooftop. At breakfast a staff member gave us a small complimentary jar of honey. At the end of the day staff asked how our day was and Brad offered us 2 free drinks, when leaving to travel home. Great job Novatel. Keep up the excellent customer service and quality, especially the special sustainable approaches which could make your hotel stand out from the rest .

« Lots of great service and surprises! »

Staff were great. I loved my check in gift; May the fourth be with you was such a delightful surprise. The staff also opened the bar for us and some other guests to have a drink when we got in from the football. I wasn’t worried that it was closed, but I was overwhelmed by their accomodating manner. Really enjoyed this stay and hotel.

Again the bed and stay were comfortable enough however: The shower dripped all night. There was no overhead lighting. The balcony was definitely not what was pictured in the online images. There wasn't any furniture in half of the room. Overall given the price of the room I was severely disappointed.

It was Great, my father used to work in the building for over 26 years when Thomas Alfred Field owned the building. Believe it was modified approximately 1984 ish. Billy Field (singer & Nephew to Tom Field) would frequent regularly and one of his Songs in its day received heavy airplay (Bad Habits), Fantastic along with his other music hits. Your Team looked after us superbly and we will be back in the next few weeks, to again have a great meal in the Field House Restaurant. My father was amazed the transformation that guests take for granted. From Hospital to Field House to Landmark Venue. Great Job guys and girls. Thankyou for a fantastic stay
