Almost an excellent stay, let down a bit by the Exec lounge, mainly not topping up the food when it ran out in the evening. Apart from that, the staff did an amazing job helping my boyfriend celebrate his birthday. A big thanks to the team

Staff at Pullman/Mercure are always fantastic. Check-in/check-out was great. My first time staying at the Pullman as the Mercure was full. Was always told it was the 'fancier' side. While the rooms are nicely decorated and updated, the lighting is terrible. Could hardly see in the bathroom to put on make-up - all rooms are way too dim with inconsistent shades of eco-bulbs. Bathroom was lovely, though the shower screen leaked, creating puddles on the bathroom floor. Bed was comfy, room was otherwise incredibly well appointed and clearly updated. Room service was great, restaurant breakfast was great, the bar area and staff were fantastic, as usual. Cannot fault the service here. Will definitely be back, but will choose the Mercure side next time :)

Have stayed at the PULLMAN previously as a AccorHotels plus member. Disappointed with check in and room was cold air con not working requested room change and was told that I could have a portable heat bought up to the room. Didn’t pay for two night to have a portable heater in the room and not treated like a plus member , Ended up by changing rooms very disappointed won’t be back again.

Very ordinary service unfortunately. Breakfast was terrible...hot food was cold, coffee was cold, apples were old and wrinkly, no one was cooking the eggs when we dined in, service was slow....and our offer included a bottle of wine on arrival, which we had to chase up!! Not to mention the parking fees, which were included in our rate, which were charged for...still waiting for refund a week later!! Very disappointing this stay!!

1. No-one available for some time to take our bag up to our room, though this was promised - 2 calls made to chase this up. 2. Rooftop bar closed during our stay (Sunday/Monday - not informed of this in advance) 3. Hotel heating set very low- (especially breakfast dining area - uncomfortably cold) 4. Had to request champagne on arrival after getting to our room. This was part of our package. 5. Promised "champagne" was, in fact, De Bortolli sparkling wine, definitely not champagne, and most certainly canot be legally described as such, very disappointing. 6. 7th floor lobby windows filthy. Dreadful smell eminated from lobby on our departure day - reported to reception. 7. Our agreed offer was disputed on leaving hotel, leaving us having to find the email to prove the offer (eventually accepted once proof of email provided)- very disorganised

Except for one minor hiccup, our two days' stay at Pullman Brisbane was seamlessly exceptional. Room and bed were very comfortable and everything in the room worked perfectly. Dining room food was of an extremely high quality and the range of breakfast buffet dishes was among the best we have ever experienced. All staff, with one exception (see above re hiccup) were extremely polite, efficient and helpful. (The one exception: when we arrived and, while checking in, we asked the man on duty to send up a second luggage rack if there was only one in the room. He said that he would. There was only one (for 2 suitcases) but the second rack didn't arrive. Some hours later, we telephoned for one and it arrived very quickly). In the end, we telephoned

I was travelling for work and checked in after 8.30pm, checking out at 7am. Bed was comfortable but, despite the note left for me stating that Hot Water would not be available between 11pm and 2am, there was no hot water at 6am when I was preparing to check out.

On arrival the air conditioning was not working and the room was very cold. The following morning there was no hot water in my room and also my colleague's room - very disappointing as we had 6 hours to drive home. The staff said it would be on around 9.30 am however we had to leave earlier. On the positive the meal was excellent in the restaurant. The small cafeteria - food was burnt. Overall not the best experience for a corporate venue.

The hotel stay was comfortable, enjoyable and the facilities were perfect for my requirements. I look forward to coming back. I did get billed for a few things from the mini bar that I didn't have but that has been sorted, I think.

Excellent hotel and location.Service very high standard Don't use the valet parking $50 per night is outrageous. The rooms were very smart and clean .Breakfast was also excellent with light open plan restaurant
