Clean and comfortable room. Only downside was having to wait for reception staff to check in and check out as the Express check out box was not easily visible. reception staff were amazing -just busy and there was only one staff member on at the time.

We recently stayed at The Pullman for two nights. This is our second visit and it didn't disappoint - in fact - it was even better then before. LOVE the new rooftop bar and the refurbished restaurant. As always service was exceptional, room was clean, plush and one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. We'll be back

The hotel is fine but the experience with the car definitely impacted by rating. The carpark fee is the most expensive I have paid (including Sydney) for the worst service.

We had a lovely stay at the Pullman hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room amenities good. Nice touch getting two bottles of water in our car after it was valet parked. There was quite a substantial leak that I discovered in our bathroom which I alerted the staff member to upon our check out. He was very appreciative of this. Usually the Pullman is on the higher priced side for Brisbane ie. $220++ per night but I was lucky to get a room for $167/night with a $1 breakfast ... exceptional value! The added bonus was that my Cowboys football team were also staying at the hotel so we enjoyed drinks on the roof top bar at 16 Antlers after the game. As Cowboys members it might be a nice touch to offer discounted stays when the team is in town. All staff were very nice ... so thank you Pullman for a very pleasant experience.

Overall we enjoyed the experience. Thought some type of written information in the room about the hotel would have been beneficial. We found the information on the TV about the hotel limited. We only found out there was a sauna when we were actually leaving. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. The only thing that really disappointed me was that I had bough a package that included a free room upgrade but I had to actually ask for this when we checked in. Also we could not access the free internet.

The Room was great but i requested if we could get 2 singles and a Queen. I never got a reply and when I asked at check in all i got was attitude. The Restaurant was great for breakfast and the bar had a great atmosphere. Pricing was reasonable.

The rom was a little "TIRED" definitely needs renovating. The shower leaked all night. the in room safe was faulty. I always try the safe first, glad I did, because it took me 6 attempts to reopen it.

« Disappointing. Furniture that had to be removed because it was decaying and fell on my foot. Close to needing medical assistance. »

Its a shame I can't show you the photos we took of the room. The shower soap tray fell off and due to its metal weight was close to cutting ties off. The bin had to also be replaced as the lid and fell off due to rust. I'm anything but a troublesome customer but in all my time traveling I have not experienced anything like that. Sometimes apologies don't suffice and I would have thought someone would offer me at least breakfast or a call to apologise. FYI please note we were at the hotel to identify its suitability for an upcoming conference space.

The water system was really loud at very random points in the night. It woke me up a few times... I've never had that issue before when i have stayed there. The front house team were fantastic as always.
