Accommodating 8 to 400 delegates, these modern meeting rooms can be arranged in a variety of function layouts, which include boardroom, classroom, theatre and banquet styles. Slightly unusual but very nice accomodation (seems to be subdivided town houses). Minor issues - the taps stayed on when turned fully off (bizarre) and we thought the cost of Ta Nui Sauvignon Blanc (a bottle we by for $10 on special) at $50 was ridiculous (I don’t mind paying double the full price but no more)

Had a fantastic stay, friendly staff large 3 bedroom villa just to myself on business will become a return guest and frequent this property now. Only recommendation I could provide is your restaurant menu is very bare not enough options, I stay in hotels 26 weeks of the year and definitely needs an expansion.

« We had a great stay and all the staff we encountered we so helpful and friendly. »

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The Villa was comfortable, the rooms were big and we had everything we needed. There was a small issue with the taps in the bathroom that it continually leaked but upon checkout, I heard another customer comment. My only comment would be that if this happens to a lot of people, maybe a sign in the bathroom to advise that you don't need to turn the tap completely off to avoid the dripping would be sufficient. We put up with it for quite a while until my son just happened to work it out. This would save numerous calls to reception and stop people in the rooms worrying unnecessarily about it. As this was a special birthday for my husband, I wanted to make it a wonderful experience for him and because of that, I was happy to pay the price but the unit was very expensive for 2 nights and I will have to pay it off over the next few months!

I stayed at Pullman Magenta and took advantage of the accor plus winter offer of $25 off and $1 breakfast. I was upgraded to a comfortable 2 bedroom villa (a bit of a waste just for me). Dinner was good (only bar menu available on Monday nights.) I usually sneak into the Entrance for Pizza and Pasta, but met a software consultant. Dinner was only $20 for two (with accor plus card). I wish I could have stayed for a game of golf and the course looks sensational.

bed was too soft and hurt my back. The barramundi burger you would never know it was barra, tasteless except for salty crumb; chips over cooked, slaw drowned in mayo and a sweet bun. Disappointing.

We received an upgrade and accommodation was excellent. The casual dining could be better as there is nowhere else on site to eat. Shared entrees were nice but I had the roast pumpkin salad with chicken and I thought the size of the meal was too small. We chose a continental breakfast, however the cereal choices were not to our liking, the pastries were not fresh and the price was over the top for what we received.

Great accommodation, everything we needed. Disappointed with outdoor pools not being heated as this was the highlight of the accommodation for my daughter but sadly too cold to use. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately the burgers we ordered from Shallows Bar for room service were both somehow stewed but still raw in the middle and I had to finish cooking them myself but they were still terrible for the price we paid for them. Overall happy with our experience except for these couple of issues.
