We only stayed for one night after a trip to the snow, but I wished we stayed longer! The hotel was amazing. Family Room was perfect for 2 Adults and for 2 kids. Didn't realise till we got there that there is a tucked away dinning room and a spa bath. Bed was so comfortable, had the best night sleep!

Staying at the Mecure was fine. Check-in couldve been an easier process. When I pulled up I took my bag with me for check-in only to need to bring it back to the car to drive to the car park for parking. Also at check-in while I was advised the daily rate for the car park was $20 I was not advised that I needed to come to reception to get an exit pass and as much on my first day paid $32, which was rectified upon check-out. It not a big issue for me as it is booked and paid for through work but purely feedback for improvement.

Upgraded to an amazing room on arrival . Fantastic clean and friendly place to stay. Lovely pool and gym. Great place for children, close to trams, have their own airport service. Meals where delicious. Definitely will stay again!

Arrive at 2:15pm, room wasnt ready. Went around the blocks a few times and came back at 3:10pm. Checked in and room does not have coffee/tea (only sugar/sweetener). Rang housekeeping; Came with only tea bags. Had to convince her that it is not additional tea/coffee - the room had none and we just checked in. Came back again with tea bags/coffee. Switched on the TV. Doesnt work!! Rang the reception. The engineer came and go 3 times. Finally go the TV working after multiple trips. Too us until 5pm before we can settle in and by which time we had to rush / prepare for dinner appointment outside of city. Was not a good experience.

When I came in to check in I went to the first available counter where there was the man standing. He greeted me and asked me to go to the second counter to his colleague. I went to the second counter and he asked if I was checking in I said yes he said can you please go to my colleague so I went to the 3rd counter !!! I told the guy why am I asked to move 2 times and he replied this counter has a carpet so makes you feel special. No issues I can live with that. Later during the night, I called room service and I ordered a pizza. we waited 40 minutes ( order was made just around 9 pm) So I called room service again and they started to take a new order we clarified we are following up on new order. They said we will come back to you with an answer. No one called us back for 10 minutes. I called Managers line and it rang out and took me to the reception, Reception said she will put me to Manager and put me back to her line! I ended up back to reception. I re-explained the situation and she said the manager is looking after another customer will come back to me. I got a call from Sally ( pardon me if I've got the name wrong) She said will get this pizza out asap and its on the house. our pizza arrived in 10 minutes. Appreciate managers efforts. I would like to book another room next month but still trying to decide if I should give it another go.

My stay was very pleasant the room was nice however the tiles in the bathroom need an update as some were cracked. The staff were also very nice. the only negative was how hot my room was as there was no window to open and the dial on the wall didn’t work.

A fantastic place to stay. Great spacious rooms, terrific staff, wonderful breakfast. Easy to get to by car off West Gate Bridge and easy to access parking. Tram to the city is close by. All facilities very clean and well maintained.

My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all polite, friendly and welcoming and very respectful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my booking had been upgraded to a room with a view to the lake. I was a little disappointed to find mould in the grout of a very tired shower over bath. Whilst I had hoped to enjoy a bath, I felt that it was too small and possibly unclean. My husband was required to stay overnight in hospital and didn't join me. I decided to eat in and attempted to call room service. Both phones in my room would not connect to reception, room service or any attendance extensions listed. I attempted to dial out and the tone was dead. I checked the phones connection to the wall and they were connected. I used my mobile phone to contact reception and was then put through to room service. Meals were very nice.
