3 daya 2 nights at grand mecure setiabudi was a refreshing weekend. Good rooms and pillows. Cleanliness could be even better. Breakfast was excellence with many varrieties and friendly staffs. Good weather cool at night n view facing the city. Highly recomend for a gwt away n family activity.

The room is nice, clean and comfortable. Room facility is quite complete such as good condition air conditioner, TV, fridge, WiFi, etc. The hotel facility is also quite complete such as swimming pool, ball room, meeting room, etc.

I have a pleasant stay here as I stayed in the pool access room. I have to admit that it was worth my money. But the food when we had breakfast was disappointing. The variety of the food is good but none of it taste delicious-sorry to say, but the restaurant really need improvement

The hospitality of each staff is good, except the security in the gate. When i entered / exit the gate which is using the motorcylce, the security seem not friendly. They didn't give us smile at all. It is different treatment when the other guess entered the gate which is using the car, i saw the security give their smile.

Staying 19-20 July 2019. The hospitality, cleanliness, and food is great. But need to improve maintenance, overhead shower in room 257 was broken - leading to uneven pour and leakage - already some water damage evidence in ceiling above it.

This is our 2nd time spent a night in m Grand Mercure, and we must say we see lots of improvement as little as that we got greet by every employee there, for us that’s what u called service excellence. We enjoy all the facilities and try the spa and guess what the spa experience was so relaxing the therapists were doing good job for me and my husband we got complimentary drink and cookies. Also for dinner we order room service and the food was tasty. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice from local to International food, we’ll sure like to be back if we need another short escape from our daily routine. PS: the pool looks amazing at night.

Always love to stay at Grand Mercure Setiabudi. This time i am with more families member, that i booked 3 hotel rooms plus 2 extra bed. We love the warm water pool, but i think the water is not too clean. Too bad the toilet is not too clean also. The sink at our room is clogged and the towels are really old. Color of the towels that are supposed to be white looks grey, and there're tears in the towel. Breakfast is great, it has many variations and taste good. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful.
