It was quite happy and enjoyable moments for me and my family, especially my children. As our first staycation, we love the facilities and of course the view. We got connecting room so there was quite spacious for my children to explore and running around as they like doing it at home. But, perhaps Mercure could improve the menu so that there are quite vary and give more option to children. Anyway, thank you for the hospitality.. Quite an experience..

The facilities are more than average but still some things can be improved for example I found one of room telephones can't be used and button for requesting room service are not properly functioned as I already push the button several times yet when I came back, the room are not getting cleaned.

Extremely satisfying stay in Grand Mercure. Rooms is great, service is excellent and very family oriented. Breakfast is excellent with good mixed between local and international selection. Kiddie pools with heated water is hit with my toddlers. Will surely return for next stop in Bandung

« Great warm water pool, 5 star service, access not well planned »

We came for the warm water pool, and oh boy it was very good, the water is clear and warm, our kids love it so much they spent hours there and we don't have to worry about them getting a cold. The pool lights on the night is genius, it really lift up the ambience, romantic and fun. The room is as expected in a 5 star hotel, no surprise, but still very satisfied, the local art and room decoration is a good balance between luxury and minimalist approach. The hospitality is great, the staff really care about our stay and always greet with a smile. Our main concern is about the access. As a family, we like to go anywhere together, when we go out in the afternoon and comes back, my wife and kids want to go to the parking lot together. but the parking spot is so full, looks like there's two wedding at the same time. when we want to go up, the elevator is packed too. imagine bringing a baby and a kid in a packed elevator, and when we go out the elevator, there's a bunch of people waiting to go down, but the hotel lobby is empty. you should have two access, for the hotel guest and for the wedding guest. or when there's a big wedding like that, you can offer a valet service for the hotel guest. your hotel is big, but to access the pool is only one entrance in the front, it's very distinctive that the pool is designed to be conveniently accessed by the one building only, the other building have to go through the lobby and go to the front first. well actually you can make two access to the pool with carded elevator, or carded door. breakfast is so so, the main buffet menu is limited, to accompany the rice and fried rice, you only have two menu. you try to be vastly diverse, but still jack of all trades and master of none. please review what's is the least favorite to enhance the most favorable by guest. I'm sorry, but you should learn from Aston, Harris, or Santika. please change the baby high chair, yes it was a fancy wooden high chair, but it lost it's purpose. there is no table in the high chair, the plastic one in a cheap restaurant has it. and usually if it doesn't have a table, the high chair have the same height as the table, but it's not. so my baby sit in a high chair and can't eat by himself. lose the fancy, get something that works. I hope my comments will be a positive input for your hotel, because I'm looking forward to stay here again with my family,

Nice pool, friendly staff, good view, nice room n clean. Buat i brougt my 7years doughter and 5years sun when we had breakfast your hotel charge to my doughter who eat only cereal and sausages. In the others 5stars hotel they dont charge it. Soo really not satisfied with this. Poor Grand Mercure

The hotel was amazing from the look of its facilities which include the gym and swimming pool. However, the breakfast didn’t meet my expectation from the taste and the choice of the foods. The extra point was the service from the staff was excellent!

i have stay one night here. my baby (10 months) is so happy when she is swimming at the warm pool. But i think it can be warmer to make babies or kids feel comfort while swimming on cold weather like at Bandung.

« Good Hotel, great service but very busy during the weekend »

Overall good experience and stay. The staffs are nice. Although it was very busy during the weekend, but I think they are doing a good job. Just one issue I encountered was due to the electronic door lock that had some problem during the check-in, an engineer came trying to fix it. However, it still didn't fix the issue completely but it didn't really bother our stay, just sometimes it's a bit hard to open the door.
