The location & room was good. The centralised Aircondition was noisy. Forgot some personal belonging in the room. It was returned but, after considerable follow up. The shoe Shine m/c should be visibly placed. The breakfast spread was good & delicious. The staff were courteous at restaurant. The Check in & out was smooth.

Checking in - warm welcome by front desk - Sai Ram and Aathitya- honestly i have been to various hotels in India and other Asians region. These guys were well fluent in English and we didn't have any communication issues. These guys were so welcoming and professional with so much fire in them . The bell boy was not available , Aathitya personally helped the luggage to the room and refused to accept any tips from us which shows he loves his profession lot. On checking out - we had some flight issues and had to re book the flight and had some credit card issues due to some OTP default. Sai Ram and IT tech Vamshi (hopefully i spelled it right) went on an extra mile getting us the contact of the right helpline and these guys were all the way with us till we solve the issue. It tech Vamsi was the one who used his own mobile to assist us with our local tel-co in Singapore. We were in a panic mode while checking out , Sai ram ran up to the rack through the room just to ensure we didnt leave anything behind. i would strongly recommend this ... only this hotel . I have decided that Mercure Hyderabad KCP will be my only choice of stay in Hyderabad. Hotel rooms were well maintained - clean - with good fragrance Breakfast - good spread of choices, Staffs - all energetic and willing to help attitude location - Not too sure as it was my first time to Hyderabad

The staff was friendly and had a smooth formalities at reception. the stay and room facilities were good. the food served was awesome. One thing i noticed there is being a south indian , the need of Rasam/Sambar in night meals, though the staff arranged it on request during my stay from next day onwards. Ovarall satisfied. Check out procedure could have been faster. In spite of telling them to keep the Bill & supporting vouchers ready I was made to wait for a longer time. Inspite of repeated reviews the water pressure in the Bathroom , both in the Shower & the Health Faucet is very low. There is no pressure at all .

My stay was much better than I expected, the room offered was spacious and had a good view, front desk staff (Ananya) was always helpful whenever required, staff at the restaurant also went out of their way to make the guests comfortable. The gym was decent too. Adding a bell desk would surely help..Gvk mall being walking distance was an added advantage.

I had a great 6-night stay, sampling some superb Indian food in the restaurant each evening, and enjoying friendly and top-class service from the hotel team. There was a lot of talk about cricket, and it was great to get to know some staff better through discussion of sport and food. A brilliant team and a very comfortable stay.

Extremely happy to have stayed at Mercure Hyderabad KCP. The Deluxe Room I was provided is by far the most spacious Room I have ever seen in most categories. The Amenities and Facilities inside the Room were fantastic. Like in every Accor Hotel the Staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. The Service is of top class. I thank Baikunt in Room Service for His interaction and quick service. I am highly impressed with this Hotel and I will make it a point to stay here during my next visit.
