Very central hotel with good facilities and very kind staff. Very close to elevated metro with is a very efficent transport system. Just one bad thing, it smelled tobacco in the bathroom eventhough I wasa in a non smoking area.

Hotel room was good but I was little disappointed with toilet. It was too small and location of door was wrong also. Front desk some staffs are good like one name Sai something I forget the exact name. Then in restaurant Sai Kiran was good. Overall experience was good.

I was in Hyderabad for a day and based on my previous experience I checked into Mercure. From the moment I got out of the taxi I was treated with great care by every member of the Hotel. Like always the room was neat and tidy, everything in place. Anything I sought from the Staff was provided for immediately. I would like to appreciate Mr Sai Kumar at the Front Desk for going out of the way to make my stay comfortable. Forever smiling, Sai Kumar also spent time with me to understand if I was happy with my stay. He enquired if I could suggest any further improvements from the Staff as well as the Hotel to provide Guests with better experience. His enthusiasm and eagerness towards Guest Service is exceptional. I was well attended to by Ashis Ranjan at the Front Desk, Shankar and Karthik at the Bar as well as Audio in the Restaurant. I thank everyone for their warm hospitality. I look forward to staying at Mercure KCP Hyderabad at the earliest.

The rooms are good and spacious. The service is also reasonably well timed. However, to be forced to watch regional language programs only on TV was a huge letdown. Not a single english entertainment of movie channel was available. In a property which claims to be 4-star, this is quite a let down. Breakfast spread was decent.

The location & room was good. The centralised Aircondition was noisy. Forgot some personal belonging in the room. It was returned but, after considerable follow up. The shoe Shine m/c should be visibly placed. The breakfast spread was good & delicious. The staff were courteous at restaurant. The Check in & out was smooth.

Checking in - warm welcome by front desk - Sai Ram and Aathitya- honestly i have been to various hotels in India and other Asians region. These guys were well fluent in English and we didn't have any communication issues. These guys were so welcoming and professional with so much fire in them . The bell boy was not available , Aathitya personally helped the luggage to the room and refused to accept any tips from us which shows he loves his profession lot. On checking out - we had some flight issues and had to re book the flight and had some credit card issues due to some OTP default. Sai Ram and IT tech Vamshi (hopefully i spelled it right) went on an extra mile getting us the contact of the right helpline and these guys were all the way with us till we solve the issue. It tech Vamsi was the one who used his own mobile to assist us with our local tel-co in Singapore. We were in a panic mode while checking out , Sai ram ran up to the rack through the room just to ensure we didnt leave anything behind. i would strongly recommend this ... only this hotel . I have decided that Mercure Hyderabad KCP will be my only choice of stay in Hyderabad. Hotel rooms were well maintained - clean - with good fragrance Breakfast - good spread of choices, Staffs - all energetic and willing to help attitude location - Not too sure as it was my first time to Hyderabad
