Hotel look small, but have great service, me and others came for business meeting purpose, all staff have good hospitality service, room clean, delicious breakfast, friendly lady front desk (forgot her name), can recognize the customer with great and saying by name, they now me might be stayed for two nights, I will recommend this hotel to all my colleagues

The dryer machine was on all day long to dry the carpet on my room’s floor. The smell of wet carpet was annoying. The water temperature in the bathroom cannot be set consistently.

1. When I arrived for check in the hotel are full house, may be it's because the group check in. The room are not ready and we have to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk did suggest to wait at the 2nd floor for the welcome drink. 2. When my company booked for my arrival, I have requested to have the nice city view since I'll be staying for 4 nights, but when check in the front desk gave us the wall view :( 3. Since my stayed are sharing with my colleague, the slipper were only 1 (one) pair in the room. 4. House Keeping/Laundry and Front Desk are lack of communication between the Reservation. The reservation booked by the company for Room + b'fast & Laundry charge to the company, but these 2 department ask us to pay the laundry at room and upon check out. I have tried to give the GL upon check in/out but the front desk keep refuse to take the GL. Please improve your communication among the Front Office (FO) and House Keeping (HK). 5. For reservation please give the note or information to FO and HK/Laundry to every reservation you've receive from your customer to avoid miss communication between the guest and your employee (FO & HK). 6. Breakfast are good so far. 7. Transport/driver from hotel-office-hotel are on time. The driver are well safety drive.
