got check in at 4.45 pm inspite of arrivinig at 12 pm, Rooms not clean, bad quality of towels…, Breakfast over crowded, cold food, very slow ala carte service at lunch inspite of restaurant being reasonably empty & took ages to get the bill, dirty swimming pool.

We stayed from 24-29 June 19. Excellent hospitality by professional staff. Especially thanks to the team for calling us in advance and giving us cakes and complementary upgrade on our birthday. « Tough to go wrong with Novotel »

Having stayed at Resort and Spa in Jan 2017 we decided to give Shrem a shot this time. We like everything but the pool (could be a personal choice). We went to use the Resort & Spa where the towel incharge recognised us. He enquired about our stay and when we told him we liked Spa property bettwr, he told us to meet Ms A.. She was kind enough to shift us from Shrem to Spa. Frankly, didn't expect it but was flattered by this gesture. Everything else was great and look forward to coming back.
