Reception staffs were good. House keeping staffs were good. Staffs at restaurant, security, shuttle driver, all were very professional and excellent in their job. Assistance provided to make the B'day of my wife in room was superb. Assistance from reception counter for exploring nearby club/pub/restaurant was excellent.

It was a good stay... check in was smooth... thanks to Mr. Chris at the reservation desk ... room was clean... bed could have been better... breakfast menu was good only the coffee was made with powder milk ... staff at the breakfast restaurant was very courteous and smiling ... always helpful. Inroom dining food was delicious... chocolate cake with mousse was yummy ... overall a great stay.

I had booked 2 rooms. Both had plumbing issue. My flush stopped working and inspite of multiple calls took lot of time to repair.ideally u shd have shifted me to another room.my other room the wash basin water got choked. Unhappy with this. food and breakfast was good.

Overall satisfactory, but not what i would expect from a 5 star. There was no buffet for dinner, and we were given different reasons by different folks. While the buffet spread for b'fast was good, the taste wasn't up to the mark. The facility and amenities were good & staff courteous.

Enjoyed the overall stay and experience. Your staff is your assert, particularly Zizel at front office who made sure our entire duration we were well taken care of and if we needed anything. Saumitra was very helpful and assistive with my older Dad at Hotel entrance and with baggage etc. We always came back to well cleaned and replenished rooms by housekeeping. ( Chandu) Also very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast variety ( Chef did come and talk to us about food feedback which is nice to see they consider customers preferences and room service food every evening with your accommodating kitchen staff was good too. The property is well maintained. Just during the rains an upper glass window was broken near the entrance and needed fixed (but seemed they didn’t for days )which led to steps being wet all the time. That was the only inconvenience we faced for my Dad who is older and walks slow , there were wheelchair services and ramp on the side but perhaps for the main steps to be accessible and fixed would have been better. Only other feedback I would give is the Room service menu does not mention soups and some more Indian gravy dishes to go with rotis etc except paneer and butter chicken ( the kitchen staff did accommodate and very much provide alternate dishes when asked ) but perhaps be nice to incorporate into or update the room service menu. Shuttle service to beach is a nice touch. Hope to return sometime in the future!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Just a few negatives. There was too much noise from the adjacent street every single night. On one night, someone decided to burst a 100 rockets, on another night, the stray dogs were barking non stop. I understand that it's out if your control, but it would be helpful if those rooms would not be assigned to families with toddlers/children. We dined every night at the hotel restaurant and had a good time but one the last day, we ordered a salad which was off. On returning it, the chef personally apologised and got us a new one but the damage had been done. With just one bite, my mother got food poisoning. She suffered with diarrhea and vomiting through the night. On calling housekeeping for assistance, a very grumpy fellow showed up who did a poor job. He said he would return with dettol to sanitize the floor but did not return. We were planning to tip him well but he decided not to show up. Staff at the reception simply dismissed our call for medicines saying that they didn't have any. Could've tried to arrange for the same. The next morning, before we checked out, we narrated the incident to the fnb manager who immediately offered to call a doctor and even arranged for the medicines. Very pleasant and chivalrous. The day front office staff managed to upsell the rooms and lured us in taking advantage of the spa treatments at a discounted price.

I would call it as economy 5 star hotel where one gets all the required things of 5 star stsy munus extravagant luxury. Loved the staff. Greeted by Ayush and he took care of us during the entire stay. Made us feel very comfortable and wanted. Great shuttle service provided to and fro to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was amazing. Overall everything was good. If I could point out any cons, is that the ramps built on the entrance are a little steep and tricky when it’s raining.

I have booked deluxe room king bed but ac was not cooling properly, bathrobe was missing, nothing was inside the minibar, room was also not well decorated properly so I had to upgrade the room and had to pay Rs. 500 extra. Room service is also very slow. Had to call 3 times for any request or help. Food was not that great at dinner but breakfast was pretty good.
