Best part is food Variety, specially in breakfast (which commonly free) Everyone took. BEST AALOO PARATHA KIDS SECTION best supporting team best chef. I didn't get discount more discount as expected as member and offered vouchers which I feel going to waste. Please do consider something for your loyal customer.

Overall experience is always amazing to stay at this property in Goa. One feedback would like you to implement is during Breakfast time, it’s too chaotic to get a table. There is no employee at your end to take care of this and allot table on first come first serve basis. I had a bad experience on this. I asked for a table of 7, I waited and waited and in front me tables were getting empty and others who saw it/ land up first gets that table. You need to keep a person at the entry and allot table on first come first serve basis. I saw atleast 2-3 more families struggling on this, which made the overall experience of coming for breakfast very bad.

Extremely courteous staff, very helpful and accommodating. Helped us at the time of early check in. Rooms are spacious and food is also good. Breakfast spread was awesome. Walking distance to candolim beach and quite a few good eateries.

The stay started on a slightly bad note, but Branden at the duty made it just perfect for us. We were given a room upgrade to accommodate the kids. Food was perfect, activities were sufficient to stay indoors and beat the Goa heat. One thing worth mentioning is that we have never heard a NO for any of our smallest of requests. A definite come back with more friends and family..

If I’m paying a certain price for the “brand” of Novotel I do expect a certain level of experience when I stay. The hotel rooms were tiny and filthy the sheets were dirty I asked for them to be changed after check in the new sheets were stinking badddllly. Extremely dissatisfied with the hygiene. The pool was not clean as well. But that’s something I avoided entering after once. The bed I had to use at night. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging. And of very low quality and very uncomfortable. I had to flush the toilet when we first entered coz it was dirty! I wish I had taken a picture.

« Not worth. Its not 5star. not even 4 star......I will rate 3.5 star. »

Poor quality Food (Breakfast and Dinner), we booked 3rooms (family), didn't get room next to each other. From the evening till Night it's a dead place. We ware sitting in lobby, nobody bothered to ask a glass of water. (5star? for what?) . We paid 30000rs /night and 3rooms. Total 60000 for 2nights, Total waste of money. Nothing to do, even I found roadside guest house ware more happening with music and all. Positive - (Room was small but clean) Overall disappointed. By saying this property and hospitality 5star is misleading customers. Please downgrade your stars to 3.5 so customer comes with that expectation and Novotel resort and spa matches it. Been to Grand Hyatt Goa on 28 th to 30th.....that's what 5star is. Jigish Dhariaya (stayed 26 th oct to 28th October )

Our stay was very nice and we really like your hotel, but our room had a adjourned door to the room next door where we could hear the children playing and the parents talking loudly plus there tv volume was loud on a couple of occasions... but that was on our 2nd to last day so we put up with it... we would come back to this hotel all the same.

On a luxury holiday we expect few things to be perfect. Rooms, Food, Swimming pool & Kids area. Rooms, pool and kids area is great at Novotel. Little improvement in food taste would be really good. Overall we had a good holiday.
