Our Stay at the Hotel was Fab,Courteous Staff ,Happening Pool,,Hotel Staff Arranged for a Complimentary drop to Toy Bar a Must Visit ,Only problem I faced is of the Taxi Mafia who didn't allow our Taxi booked by Goa Miles App n they were about to hit him,I Think if Goa Govt has initiated this App then the Taxi Mafia of Goa should back off

« Went in with high expectations but was let down on multiple occasions. »

From the day prior to our stay the experience was underwhelming. Few points stated below; I was informed that there was an airport transfer included however ended up both coordinating and paying for it. My credit card was blocked (in error by your staff) for double the amount and the hotel has released the payment but the funds still don't show in my credit. The room was damp and had a mildew odour and was extremely small for my family of 2 adults and 2kids but when I requested an upgrade i was told I would need to pay a sizeable amount for an upgrade which was not acceptable to me.

well to be honest it was an amazing experience...this is going to be a little long but i have list of people to thank. Firstly i was touch disappointed because the indoor games are just not maintained well. there was water all over the table tennis table and Jacuzzi dint have hot water...even the fuzz ball table was broken...the carrom striker was broken and water on the carrom table..so i feel bad coz u dint keep up to the novotel standards..but your staff is really nice and takes that extra step for its customers..special thanks to Brandon at the recpetion and lakshmi as well...housekeeping Mr.Anurag was really nice...even the pool area Mr. Rizwan was extremely sweet...breakfast time...Ms. Narmada, Mr. rupesh, Mr. Gaurav and chef Delson were really nice...i was so touched with the kind hositality that i remember their names as well..thank you once again

From the start to end, it was an awesome experience with Novotel stay at Candolim. The guest exec. Toli gave us a surprise by having a cake in the room when we arrived. The food was great and so was the swimming pool and kids play area. The restaurant staff were really great and humble (Ashok even helped getting food for our 8 month old). The HK staff (Istaak) was always diligent and supporting with all the requests we had. And the night shift manager (I think it was Sandeep) and his team helped us with transport, when our little one fell ill. Overall the entire staff team at this property were too good. Will visit again and highly recommend this place to family and friends.

When I checked in at the hotel, I was quite disappointed as it mentions resort and it’s a standalone building which was a damper. The guest relation manager upgraded to a suite and the staff took good care of us. I must say the staff is super courteous and went out of the way to make my stay comfortable.
