Just ok. Very expensive to book. Beds were not made and no available sheets or bedding for second child. Parking was tight but ended up working out. The food at restaruant was the worse food I have eaten in Europe living here for 4 years. The couches were stained and dirty at the restaurant area. The front desk staff did comp us the mini bar for not having bedding ready. That was very thoughtful. however, I would not stay here again. I have traveled to many locations in Europe and I have never felt the need to right a subpar review.

Great location, funky lobby/ bar area, small and stuffy rooms though. Reception staff excellent, restaurant/ bar staff terrible. Room had zero ventilation- window cracked, but not enough, AC was not working. Breakfast staff awesome. Very hard to rate this hotel as all over the place. Service is the make/ brake of a hotel stay, unfortunately with this great location and funky interior, the service was not good, aka, attitude.

« Aircon definitely doesn't work »

The room was great, the staff were helpful but the aircon definitely doesn't work. We had multiple people tell us how to use the aircon and also that it was working even though you can't hear it, or feel it. At 18 degrees we know it would at least put out some cold air. It didn't! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out. We were given a fan and free minibar. Thanks you for that but it really didn't resolve the issue. Our second room had the same issue and had to open the window. That wasn't bad enough they were over the loading dock so it was very noisy.

I liked to hotel room, and the location was good for us to go to Oktoberfest. I, however, was disappointed with the service aspect, overall - in the restaurant, at the bar, and with the front desk. No one at the hotel is was very friendly or at all eager to assist.

Room is very comfortable and practical; probably above the overall standard and brand image. Breakfast fine, but variation is limited (especially an issue when staying long / often). Reception was effective. Initially inflexible when I wanted to arrange an express checkout at check-in, but when I insisted with some determination the staff made it happen smoothly (i.e. they placed the bill in my room the day before checkout). So, unnecessarily inflexible procedure, but great handling by the staff.
