very good hotel modern and clean. excellent breakfast. the room and bathroom was very good. quite noisy in the lobby. they took a deposit of 100 euro for extras which is not customary. good recommendation

Great rooms and food ,great bar .I have travelled to 25 countries, many destinations , but this is the first time in my life I had to pay a 150Euro security deposit for a room I pre-payed .I stayed in Ibis at least 30 times in the past, which is part of the chain and had not payed deposit.It upset me as it shows distrust . Also , in my 3 night stay, my room was cleaned once. So I spent 600 Euro, which is 3 weeks wage in my country and my room was only cleaned once. When I brought this to the attention of reception , there was a dry I am sorry , which sounded like a copy paste response , but there was no honest concern to address the matter. Even though the food and facilities are great , I will not stay again , as I do not like the attitude . Demand deposit for prepaid room and not clean the room. No thanks

It is a great experience for this stay in Novotel Muenchen City Arnulfpark, the lady in reception in the day I arrival (around 2pm Oct 9) is so nice and so helpful. She show her profession and kindness while I checked in and helped me a lot. I am saying that because in the night of Oct 11, another lady only tells nothing she can help, so it will be a strong contrast. And the breakfast is good, we feel comfortable when we stay here.

« Generally very good, except breakfast. Breakfast was ok. »

Breakfast could be better. Improvements: - ripe fruits - less chewy, more tender salmon - some antipasti, or tomato & mozzarella - bigger glasses for juices (Seriously, why the small glasses? Wouldn't it be the cheapest for you if customers sated themselves by drinking more juice?)

Everything would have been perfect only if the air conditioning was not switched off. At night the room was too hot due to which we were unable to sleep. We were compensated with free minibar offer, but there is no compensation for a sound sleep.

It was great. Few stuffs need improvement: while checking out there was only one staff at the lobby and I had to wait for 15 minutes for processing my check out formalities . Again at the restaurant we were given a table but later it was conveyed that Kittchen was closed. As it was late, we didn’t have the possibility to go out as well.

As a gold member I do stay on a weekly basis with you. I would would improve the above Check in/out desk as the IBIS obviouly is faster (benchmarking why?). For the breakfast buffet I would appreciate more fresh fruits (Eurostars being a benchmark here). On the positive side I must positively mention your mattresses in your rooms. The friendly service in all areas. Especially Ms Wilhelm in the breakfast area is a benchmark. Appreciating your efforts to become better.

« Poor digital experience »

I booked the Novotel in Munich for a 2 nights stay. I did the check in on-line to save time upon arrival. I got a warning that the fast check out is not available which was the first surprize. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a queue at the check in, I went to the priority line for the persons who did the check in on-line or are part of the Accor hotel loyalty program. Nobody was available to serve me and I had to wait. This was the second surprize. Then during my last night I received the confirmation of my fast check out although it was supposed to be not available with wrong data (breakfast was billed although I did not take it). Third surprize. I had to go to do the check out the traditional way and waste another 15 minutes because of the queue. Again a bad surprise as the billing address was my personal address and not the address I gave during the online check-in process. Fourth surprize. That said the rooms are comfortable & clean and the breakfast is really good. But overall a poor experience with Novotel
