The carpet and the sofa in the room were dirty and had stains , which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Great service. Convinient location. Super receptionists with special thanks to very positive lady with great approach towards clients. I mostly used near by Ibis hotel but will probably change my preferences.

I got my suite for my wedding night. I asked the guy in reception to just put in some fruit and decorate a little bit. Nothing happened. Also, I checked in a little late but couldn’t find parking at all. Had to park in the basement. To add to all this, my suite did not have HOT water until 2 days later!!!! The guy in reception just told wait until tomorrow!!!!!! Very bad stay!
