Bad service, There was no one to help me with my bags so I had to carry them myself to the room! I also asked for one extra tea cup and they did not bring it for me! At the check out I had the same problem with my bags I called the room service and asked for a trolley to cary my bags and waited for over 15 minutes and nothing happened so I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk but they weren’t helpful enough so I had to search for the trolley by my self and bring it up!!!! So overall it was a bad experience

poor welcoming. Unpleasant reception staff. Despite being platinum member felt really discouraged to use NOVOTEL in the future. The reception team at the checking was not welcoming and unprofessional using abusif language toward other coworkers in front of customers

Not bad I was disappointed so much as my booking was with breakfast and the restaurant didn’t allow me on first day, the main problem was is reaching the receptionist who I noticed many time even after that is usually sleeping in back room

The entrance to the hotel is a major inconvenience. While I appreciate this is due to municipal works out of your control, it was a major hassle in getting drivers to approach the hotel as they were not aware of the entrance. There was no qualified staff when I appeared for check-in. When the person did come, they were servicing guests who came after me, which delayed me for my appointment. Amenities in the room were inadequate. I had to request for an iron (which I got) and moisturizer (which I did not get). The room service menu was scribbled on. The breakfast menu was not up to standard. In short, I will not be coming back in a hurry.

Overall experience with Novotel was great. The construction around the hotel made it hard for us to look for the entrance. Entrance of the hotel was at the back. With the construction it makes things harder to go to the other part of the street, restaurants beside the hotel are closed as the construction was at the main road. Parking is available inside the building. The lobby & the reception was clean and staff were very friendly as well. The room that we got was the Superior Room, 1 King bed & Sofa bed (Room 321). I am not sure if the pillows were standard, like there were couple of pillows, two were kinda hard, and the rest were like normal hotel pillows. We setup the sofa bed just for the kids to play around, but was not able to find some extra bed sheets in the cabinets. Some standard hotel bathroom supplies & toiletries were missing, slippers in the bathroom was just one, no bathrobes, body soap was not available just a hand soap, shaving kit. It's not a big of a deal as we always travel with our own bathroom supplies. Just pointing out some minor improvements in the housekeeping department. Breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff in that restaurant. Good job for your excellent service. I'll definitely go back to this hotel during business trips as it is in the center of the city. For family trips, maybe next time, once the construction in front of the hotel is finished. Good job! Keep up the good work!

Wasn’t good as usual, I waited for my room then they told me because you are silver member we will give a small room in smoking zone to get rest in until your room prepared, i waited for more than 2 hours & no body call, i asked them again but they said not yet, so I stayed the night in small room in smoking zone & no body even call to apologize
