Nice hotel. Great location but negative point to hotel due to on-going construction of Tahlia street and main lobby entrance is blocked. I was surprised when I arrived at the hotel as we need to enter the lobby from back of the building. Overall, room is great, breakfast is well spread. Reception and housekeeping service should be improved by the way.

The hotel is very well situated on Tahlia street. The room is very spacious and modern. The people from the desk, the restaurant and the cleaning are very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my 10 day stay. The only drawback, which the people of the hotel are well aware off, is the fact that the main entry on Tahlia street is closed due to construction. The Uber drivers can have a though time finding the pick up point behind the hotel.

I was stunt by so many boys walking in the hotel and up and down the elevators without any control for the music band. My family was not comfortable to the situation at all. I do not know why everytime I stay at the NOVOTEL I have a bad experience other than the other hotels I stay in...?? The first time they didn't bother to return my banking card, and also had a bad experience with the restuarant during breakfast... The second time in Yanbu when the bathroom floor flooded with water and the lack of professionalism of so employees. And now in JEDDAH beside the above it took me a long time to get to the hotel because of the construction. And in the restuarant for breakfast the host was asking me many uncomfortable questions before welcoming me to go inside. The hotel is nice but many employees lacking professional attendance. Also at the coffee shop at the lobby one host served me with a lousy tasting espresso, because no one was working there , he came after I asked the receptionist to send someone.

Swimming pool closed after 6 pm, Besides that all ok! The front desk pretty helpfull Location is good - close to restaurants and shops (however car still required for moving around) The bed quite comfortable

My experience in Novotel Jeddah was great but the constructions in the front gate was an obstacle for me since Uber drivers could not easily find me from the back gate. Another thing I would suggest providing a vending machines for water, beverages, & snacks. Also, ATM is really important to have inside the Hotel premises. Thank you,
