I went down to the restaurant a couple days. Food was disappointing. I had to return to two dishes back to the kitchen. I am recommending my team traveling to Brazil to avoid this hotel.

I did not ask price in advance, but charging 190 reais for a transfer from Guarulhos is way too much, i was surprised, it’s 10x the price of a taxi The quality of the food was not good (pizza low quality, picanha served cold)

I had a great time at Pulmann Guarulhos, even if fo only one night between flights. Got an upgrade and had the best caipirinha prepared by barman Cesar (very good service)! A few details for improvement: some towels need to be replaced by newer ones and would be nice to have an extra pillow on the beds. Would definitely recommend!

Here on business....Rented one of the work rooms for filming some educational courses with some Brazilian doctors. Work room space and staff support excellent. Personal room spacious, clean and comfortable. Also had access to Executive lounge...quiet , clean comfy. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch excellent. Convenient location to Sao Paulo-GRU Int'l Airport and free easy access shuttle to/from airport. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

It is a nice hotel close to the airport with clean and comfortable rooms. Due to my travelling timing I had not the possibility to try any offer of the hotel (breakfast, dinner buffet). Just waiting for the release of the credit card deposit since one week, which should not take this long.

« Staying here was a bad idea. »

They stay was uncomfortable, and I did not get the rest I needed. Like most travelers, I arrived tired. I was hoping for a good night of sleep ahead of a very early flight the next day. Instead, I found a (very clean) room with air conditioning that I could not adjust to my temperature preference and with a fan that only ran intermittently. Because there was much noise in the hallway from a family checking in and children slamming doors each time they arrived to the connecting rooms and cheering coming up from the atrium as people watched a soccer match, I would not sleep. Because I would not turn on the air-conditioning fan to drown out the noise, it was worse. The lovely lady who I called multiple times about the air conditioning and noise was very nice, but there was nothing she could do to help me because the air system did not allow for adjustments. She certainly was apologetic and understanding, but the hotel was a bad selection.
