Disaster. Pre-scheduled my room to NOT have feather bedding. Was given a room that was 1. not ready and 2. full of feathers. Room was arranged to be paid by a 3rd party via voucher and master card. Hotel would not accept this and would not make any efforts to fix the problem. Replacement bedding that was provided was ridden with holes. Peeling wallpaper and mold observed in various areas of the hotel. No soap in the bathroom on the 10th floor adjacent the lounge. Gym is small and crowded. Restaurant is very very overpriced.

Room looks old, NO restroom amenities. There was a lamp in the corner which was broken. Light in the room was very very poor. When a/c qas not on, room smelled very bad.

Everything is really nice and clean. On line check in does not work, meaning there is no priority line and company details are not saved when filled in on line. Electronic invoice still not sent by hotel 10 days after my check out.

Always excellent as a stop over on route to the rest of South America. Rarely like to eat at the hotel I stay at except when it comes to this particular hotel. Their food is excellent and service is top draw as well.

Pullman at Guarulhos is a bit of "home away from home" as I normally stay after long flights before going home, it gives me the chance to relax in an environment where everyone is friendly and checkin and checkout is an easy process, plus I enjoy breakfast and all the comfort of the special lounge on the 10th floor.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a good breakfast with espresso made to order but the classic hotel room really means the room is old and tired and in need of serious renovation. The worst was the carpet. Old indoor outdoor carpet that is flattened, stained and completely gross. The walls from the base upward are banged up and have note seen paint in years. The same in the hallway. I have stayed in the luxury room and executive rooms. They are much better rooms. Even the bedding is better quality. The problem with the classic room is that they are still charging a premium rate and quite often this is higher that the standard room at the Marriott Airport which is a much better room. The rooms are more up to date and the Marriott bedding is the same in every category.

Kelly, Pullman is sorry that your last experience didn't meet your expectations. The beds are supposed to be all the same. So your complaint about bedding was transmitted to the Housekeeper, who will investigate the conditions of the bed in the room you stayed. Pullman is updating its rooms. As you mentioned some categories (Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, Executive, Premium Executive) were refreshed. Classic category will be refreshed as well. But the Classic rooms need to be in good conditions, so the Maintenance Manager received your complaints, so he can work on them. My only criticism is in the use of the executive lounge. I had paid for exec lounge access, where they serve cocktails and breakfast during specific hours. However, when you visit the lounge during these hours you would never notice either of these. There are no table menus or written procedure on what the process is. They only advised verbally that you need to provide them with 40 minutes notice of breakfast (which is no good for a quick last minute breakfast) so they can fetch food for you. You must also tell them when you want evening cocktails fetching from the cupboard. I felt uncomfortable in asking them all the time since they always seemed busy doing something else, so didn’t bother asking for breakfast that I paid for. Many other hotel operators don’t operate in this manner. Is it really a problem to put cereal, bread and cheese out in the morning and drinks and sandwiches in the evening? Or at least a have a menu? This potentially can be a good hotel, just small issues can prevent people from returning.

We arrived in the morning at the hotel and were welcomed by Priscilla, who was very friendly and helpful, she allowed us to check in early as we would spend only the day at the hotel and leave for an evening flight. The infrastructure, cleanliness and appearance of the rooms made a good impression and the bed was extremely comfortable, making this hotel a great choice for those who want to stay close to the airport.

First signs of decay due lack of maintenance starts to show off. Paintwork, bathroom floor and wand tiles were completely soaked with water. Quite disturbing actually when taking construction safety in mind.

We had a very comfortable night's stay - thank you for the upgrade too. Enjoyed the breakfast as well - probably one of the best breakfasts we had during our time in Brazil. The reason I haven't given 10 stars is because the pick up point from the airport wasn't clear. We were unable to find a sign for the hotel in the bus pick-up area, although we had been told by our travel operator that there was one. In the end someone pointed us vaguely in the direction of where we should wait for the coach - but it was a little bit confusing.
