Had Twin beds when Queen size bed was requested. Cleaning on the room was not that good all days. Props to the people serving the breakfast.

While the reception staff was great, the room was horrible. Old worn furniture, moldy shower, bad conditioning. Lack of toiletries. Also, I forgot when was the last time I stayed in a room and didn' tget at least one complimentary bottle of water.

The attends at the hotel were very helpful. The room was not at the standard of a 4 star hotel, had stains in the ceiling and the material of the hotel room were not of the best quality. The options for the food in the restaurant were very limited.

« Unavailability of single-bed rooms »

Apparently most of the rooms have two beds, I requested a single-bed room, but none was available until the end of my stay. One day my room was not tidy up at all when I get back at night, and my dirty clothes were not picked up. Fortunately they tidy it up immediately and my clothes were cleaned up fast. The bidet shower is not properly implemented, then it wets all the floor when used. Window locks were broken in my room, so my window could not be locked. On the other hand, people is really helpful and kind, and hotel kitchen is very good.

The room and services were great. But in the morning, i think its because the hotel is mainly for business, everybody leaves at 8 am and the maids starts to make noises at the hall in front of the the rooms. They woke me up 1h earlier for my appointments. They should be more quiet on their routines.

Really enjoyed the breakfast, a lunch buffet and a dinner. The hotel was looking nice and conveniently located near a shopping mall and in close proximity of restaurants. The room door was not closing easily and no iron available in the room. The price for the hotel was a bit high.

« Average, treated politely but cold. »

I've arrived early in the morning from an red eye flight, with no early check-in. Hotel was full, I understand no rooms were available, even for a paid up early check in. I sat from 8am to 9am at a guests area in front of the reception desk. I saw dozens of guests checking out. I even bothered to ask if some room would be available soon, negative response... I left to the office around 9am, and a colleague, who arrived in Brazil in a different flight, reached the hotel and checked 20-30 minutes later... (no early check in arrangements either). not a positive experience.

Overpriced for a room not really clean and old. Breakfast not included and few amenities in the room. For the price I have paid, for sure there is plenty of better options. You should improve quality and cleanness.

The concierge charged me in double, and I just realize when I was doing the expense accountability process, then I had to ask for cancellation. First time that it happened, but frustrated that even on my checkout nobody was able to see this mistake and I found it only days after.
