When you enter the lobby, it looks modern and fresh however the same is not in the bed rooms. I was grateful for the early check in however the first room I checked into had no hot water. After waiting near 1 hour so some to come to fix it I went to reception for a room change. There is also not enough people at reception keeping an eye on how long the queue is so I had to wait probably another 10 mins. The second room was comfortable however like the first room there were damp stains on the ceiling so I would recommend that bathrooms are painted and shower seals are replaced so that they are not black.

Given that I was in and out for only a few days at a time - my experience was overall reasonably good. There are still issues with the English understanding of staff but this is probably a Brazil issue as opposed to specific to the Caesar Belvedere. The hotel staff were friendly and keen to assist, especially on one day when we were all of a sudden left without a room due to a change in travel plans.

With lousy wifi (1M when working), shabby rooms with stained carpets, the hotel offers no same-day ironing services, and front desk (only available number from the room) will only take half of your calls. Calling itself business may lure some business people into being here. Halfway through my stay my keys stop working with no warning. They say it is a procedure for renewing the credit card approval. Loud maids in the aisle will wake you up early in the morning. There is no heating at all and temperatures in the winter nights are as low as 5C. I had to buy a small electric heater and have it delivered to the hotel. The only pro is the Japanese restaurant downstairs. Not from the hotel.

The room was special, huge patio, fairly nice shape. However, the heater didn't work, and no USB charging outlets. The food in the Sante Fe for breakfast and the dinner was very good. Staff were all very good. Gym was okay.

I had some problems during my last stay on the hotel 1- the bad in the first bedroom was not stable, also the door of the room was very strange. 2- i changed to another room and for 3 days i had no internet access, i talked to the staff and they didn't solve, i needed to change the room again to another floor and then the internet was ok. 4- In the first day i asked 3 times for Clothes Iron and they didn't delivered, when I asked the 4th time they delivered 30 min later (i was already sleeping). 5- I needed the clothes iron again another day and it was not delivered as well. In general it was a bad experience.

The room was perfect. But the floor areas were visibly dirty and stinky, there was a noisy event in the floor right below, and the wifi solution didn't work. Another guest was complaining about the shower running out of water. Those issues just don't make justice to the Accor high quality standards I'm used to see.

I liked the hotel room, but the bathroom has a leak that every time I take a shower the whole floor was wet. Also, one day in the morning I woke up at 7am because there was another room with a loud hammer noise. I know 7am would be fine to do some maintenance but I was working until late at night and would like to sleep a little more.

I have been in this hotel many times, this last one was unfortunately not good. Unacceptable not to have wi fi the all time spent in the hotel. Furthermore, my room was not well clean, in the toilet there was lots of water on the floor. This last issue have been solved, while wi fi no effective reaction to solve it. Not good approach in general and especially for a frequent customer in the hotel.
