One of the best hotel ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The whole hotel is very well maintained. Price of the room is very good for all of this. Massive choice of breakfast and dinner. I have to mention amazing staff very well trained everywhere. Luca is very kind and makes everyone very happy. Every morning I didn’t even need to ask him for drink. He knew what Drink I like for breakfast. Also I want to say thank you to Candice Hong for all help. She is very professional and keeps smiling to everyone all the time. I’m sure there are many people like Luca and Candice and that makes this hotel very special for all guests. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in this area. Thank you again to everyone for excellent experience and comfort :-) I can’t wait to see you all again soon xxx

It´s one of my favorite hotels in China. The whole atmosphere is very smooth and relaxing. The staff is super friendly - I would like to mention Jenny Chen - she´s just awesome and she´s always giving her best of make a guest happy. The food is fresh and has a good taste. Check-in and Check-out is very fast. All in all, it´s a real recommandation!

At this time, I left my personal ID in Shanghai but was scheduled of overtime working in Changshu, I knew there is no way to book hotel without ID, But Jenny Chen(Pullman Hotel Sales) phonecall me and explain detail procedure to get temporary certificated letter from Police station and was very successful to stay in Hotel. thanks Jenny's great support.
