« Perfect hospitality and care. »

Great place to stay! It is a short walk from Interlaken Ost station to the hotel. The staff is very welcoming with a warm greeting by name each day. The restaurant provides a fabulous breakfast as well as an extensive dinner menu.

The common areas are very nice; nice bar, breakfast/ dining room. The room itself has no character but has all the necessities needed. Breakfast was really nice. The staff forgot to give me the drink voucher at check-in and gave it to me at check-out... Price of the room is way too expensive for what it is.

The lobby was elegant and the service was good. The location was excellant which was closed to the train station. However when i was disappointed when i arrived the hotel. the roon was totally different with the photo they showed on the web site.

Need improvement of Room were I was staying as the flooring was making noise on walking over it. It seems the wooden flooring joints have given up. The Restaurant/Coffee shop should have Indian food in its Menu. At least one or two dishes.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay in the family suites. This set of rooms is in an annex, a short stroll across the parking lot from the main hotel, and up some stairs - but we are an active family so didn't mind this at all. In exchange you get a roomy one-bedroom apartment with bunk beds, a double bed and a pull out sofa - perfect for traveling with teens. The place was newly renovated with clever design and extremely clean. The bathroom was built for convenience as well. We used the kitchen and eating area for a couple of meals, purchased from the nearby grocery, saving money on super-expensive Swiss restaurants. As for the main hotel itself, we liked the lobby and restaurant area where they've done a lovely job of updating the fancy old decor with modern touches while preserving the character. Breakfast was included and a very good spread. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous - we took them up on a recommendation for one of our day trips which we would not have considered and it was one of the highlights of our stay. We used Interlaken as a base for a trip to Lauterbrunnen hiking, Schilthorn view/thrill walk, a bike ride to the lake and a tour of St Beatus caves, as well as a couple hikes nearby. Loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Interlaken.

The hotel was nice, the staff were lovely, the wonderful girl at the front desk could not have been sweeter but I have forgotten her name, truly a gem! Our biggest complaint however, the beds were terrible, hard as a board and the linens were just so so. With staff like this, a little update on the hotel and this would be a gem.
