Service was excellent. One problem is that the phone in the room did not work to dial reception which is both unsafe and impractical. Also, after midnight staff is reduced to the point that it is hard to get needed service.

The localization is bad, next to the good places for the city, but the avenue is very dirty and loud. The internet did not work for 3 days and one of the elevators did not work every day. I like the IBIS brand is simple but very clear and good to the business, but in this Hotel did not fulfill the expected

« Dirty, no amenities, difficult to navigate in the hotel. »

We got in late, because of a flight delay. Dinner wasn't being served any more after 10 pm. We got a sandwich, which the worker was unsatisfied in getting. Got to the room, no soap for the shower, We had checked tooth brushes, deodorant, etc. and saw no place to purchase. The room was pretty dirty.

Great position. The only negative thing, is the taxi service. The driver, at night, on the way to the airport was always passing with the red light. Ok being faster for making more routes, but safety always comes first.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The floor was quiet. The hotel felt secure. The price for the room was right, but breakfast buffet somewhat overpriced. On the downside, despite what the hotel advertises, not everyone at the 24 hour front desk speaks English. Also, some members of the kitchen/bar staff are kind of rude. Sometimes a weird smell in the hallway.
