The hotel is in a good location, a new hang out area in Jakarta. Not so far from Airport. The hotel is in the shopping mall, and many other entertainment place round it, from restaurants, bars and many more. I like the wide and big window of the room, good restaurant and cute gym 😬

Rooms were clean, staff are really friendly. Stayed twice for business. However I ordered room dining this time round - truffle fries order was right the first night I ordered but came in as potato wedges the second night it ordered. When I called to enquire, restaurant staff mentioned that truffle fries are truffle wedges.. was too hungry so I gobbled it down although I am actually not a fan of wedges :(

Room was comfortable and clean. Location of hotel good and staff were very friendly. But there were small flies in the bathroom and a mosquito in my bedroom that kept stinging me as I slept every night. ☹️

I had a great experience at the Hotel and with the very well trained staff that you have there. 1. Reservation system was down during check in. Check in longer than usual. Room price was RM414/IDR 1.4 mil for superior 1 king bed. 2. Unable to add AccorHotels Loyalty no. (3…38B9) bcs booked on another website. Why not? I am still staying at the HOTEL. Not staying on the WEBSITE. 3. Got my first name wrong even when passport was given - Naquidin bin A.. I even made correction on the form given but still you typed it wrong. 4. The bathroom faucet in room 2109 is not fully functional. Water flows very slow. 5. The only good things are the room level request fulfilled and check out was quick.

« Insufficient consideration on Hardware design despite being relatively new »

Generally good except for the design on hardware part of the hotel. The lighting in the room is cosy but insufficient for working. The depth of the shower cubicle is insufficient to hold water from a shower before they are drained off. As such, water would flow out, wetting the whole bath room which makes the floor really slippery. The rain shower did not work. It also seems like the air conditional temperature cannot be adjusted. The breakfast spread is good.
