Not the first time staying here but every time is absolutely very good - very nivr snd friendly staff. No complsintns at all. Close to mall, and easy moving (taxis, uber and other services) easily available.

You have a very nice hotel in a great location. It took us almost 1 hour to check in at 7am on a Sunday (we were 6). There was only 1 person at the desk and despite having us prebooked our reservations, the process was extremely slow and took forever. Need to work on that to make it faster. The check out was also kind of slow… Breakfast and the bar were OK. Rooms can be noisy; need to figure out a way to minimize noises and instruct personnel to avoid adding noise with the daily works

Good and clean hotel, friendly staffs. Breakfast variety is also good but somehow a bit cramp in seating arrangement. One more thing, I couldn't find any complimentary Mineral Water in the room.
