« Great service! »

Apart from the modern facilities, I would like to compliment the full staff for the service they provide. I would like to specially mention staff member Edison from the Novotel Berrini restaurant. He's very knowledgeable and takes time to advice those who want to have a great meal (compliments to the chef too). I'm a frequent traveler and visit many hotels, but this was new to me and very much appreciated. It made me feel welcome, which ultimately made the Novotel Berrini the perfect stay for me. Really well done!

Novotel Berrini is perfect hotel for business trip . located close to the malls and business centers. The rooms are quiet, big and new brand. The restaurant is fine, but an improvement is required. the staff is very helpful and kind with guests.

« Limited amenities but comfortable stay and great customer service »

It's a boutique hotel with limited food options and no pool. It's also in a neighborhood that once it gets dark, there isn't much to do. However, the hotel is clean, new and very comfortable. The people are all great and customer service was exceptional.

I was assigned a disabled room : the bed was small and short , the shower place was prepared for a chair , the floor was slippery . The bathroom mirror was hanged very low - I should have been asked for acceptance prior to my arrival . Very dissapointing .

« My stay was ok. »

I was surprised to find out i would be charged half a day’s rate just because i arrived from a long international flight to the hotel at 10am. Not a realtor pleasant surprise or a great customer experience. The room was ready and no one was going to pay for it to use it for 4 hours and then return for the next guest. So this was just about getting another half day payment from a customer (me) because of an early arrival. Disappointing.
