Service in the hotel within all departments seemed slow and a little unexperienced. Waited 20mins for eggs at breakfast while the restaurant was quiet, housekeeping forgot to put towels in my bedroom three times over a five night stay, ran out of food items on the restaurant menu. This hotel for a budget hotel is average at its best. Don’t think I would stay there again. Management need to get there finger out and do some good training.

As most of the food provider also have been closed since before Christmas, most of the item on our menu did run out by the period of your stay and was only available on the 2nd Jan onward. « We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. »

The hotel is lovely. I specially love the rooftop pool. The concierge and staff at Ibis hotel Legian are very helpful. Even though we had a leaking sink when we checked in, they helped us move to another room in the same floor very quickly. The choices of food for breakfast is very good. The ambiance in the dining area is very good too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel Legian. I highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The people were lovely and very reliable. The room got cleaned everyday and very well maintained. One time we forgot the pin for the safe box and we asked for assistance, service came and fixed it straight away. So thank you for everything.

Staff - very helpful and polite and on time to respond to any request! Food - Good, I ordered in room service as well and it was on time and the food was nice too. Breakfast - good! Property - Well maintained. Room - I noticed that the bathroom/washroom materials used were probably plastic or some material. Probably my first time I saw this in an IBIS Hotel. So there was noise each time I used the washroom. Otherwise, the room was good. Air conditioning is perfect! Only recommendation would be - please have a little more bright light in the room. It feels extremely dull at night with dim lights and when i wanted to work. Hence, I always went to the lobby and used the computer as I couldnt work in dim lights in the room. Location - is perfect. Can go to different beaches from here easily. Good stay all in all! I am not sure if the 2X reward point bonus has been added to my account but please do so as I booked it on my app using the steps to recieve the 2x reward bonus.

Cleanliness was not too good. Sheets and towels were stained and washroom was moldy in multiple places due to poor circulation (since there is no window). Internet was also very poor, couldn't even load pictures or videos.

I have stayed at the IBIS Legian Street several times over the past two years. I think it is amazingly good value - such a well-run hotel with such wonderful staff, so well-selected and well-trained. This holiday I really loved the breakfasts. A typical breakfast would be two types of melon, an omelette "with everything", fried fish, mixed vegetables in a ratatouille sauce, mi goreng, fried rice, two interesting rice and banana cakes wrapped in banana leaves and good quality coffee. There are also a lot of other choices as well that I usually managed to resist - French pastries, toast, cereals, etc. All this for less than AUS $7! It was a really good, healthy start to my day. I would also say that the checkout was outstanding - amazingly well-organised, perhaps the best that I have ever experienced in a hotel. Altogether the Ibis Legian Street is a very, very special place.

Modern and clean. Check in was smooth. Rooms are a bit small but it's OK. They changed my room after I smelled bad smell in the room probably caused by the previous guests. Breakfast is a bit below average. The pool is nice but unfortunately it is open only from 8 to 8. WiFi was so good. Location is a bit away from the beach but it is no more than 10 minutes by a scooter. In general this is a 5 stars hotel for the price I paid!!
