Employees are nice. Shower was bigger than normal ibis. I think this ibis is fairly new.

Amazing, rooftop pool is great, breakfast is nice enough, bar is good... and the most important, all staff is amazing, as usual with Accor hotels. Hotel location is quite good as well.

« Excellent as Always from Ibis »

Our experience was fantastic, we have stayed with Ibis and the Accor Group many times before and throughout europe, the hotel staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and modern and adequately priced for our needs. I did notice on a couple occasions when housekeeping cleaned our rooms and we left our towels to be picked up and replaced with new ones, the new ones were not in our room and had to call the concierge on both occasions to obtain new ones. But apart from that very satisfied and a tasty buffet breakfast every morning

Pleasant short stay. Was able to avail of an early check-in (thanks to Gold membership) and free drinks vouchers. The check-in area is quite open and there was quite a bit of noise from the street and groups of people checking-out. Once on my way to my room things were quiet and the room (as well as corridor) was indeed peaceful. The room had good space, was very clean and comfortable.

Basic and modern room was as expected. Welcome cake in the room (as an accor gold member) was not great, the cake was very tough and dense and not tasty unfortunately. Welcome drink was also disappointing because we were only allowed to have carton fruit juice, and not even a decent coffee or tea.

It is near to beach ( 10-15 walking distance), but the hotel is only offer one room card and told us that it is not enough cards available. I think that it is a ridiculous arrangement for 2 of us.

« Wasn’t as nice as I had expected »

Room was never cleaned properly, on our first day our room had sand (the guests before us probably) and then subsequently after that, the floor wasn’t ever cleaned well. Our towels and bedsheets had markings on them, the toilet seat wasnt cleaned and a lot of other things as well. I put grapes in the fridge but only realized that the electrician cuts off as soon as i take out the card from the hole. This kinda defeats the purpose of a ... fridge. Lastly, had the breakfast for $7sgd but it was very poorly tasting. Would have not minded to pay more for better food. Overall very disappointing.

« Overall better than expected »

Been my first time staying at Ibis hotel and have to admit that I was happily surprised. Price is very affordable and competing with budget hotels, and yet get a better quality than most of them. If I had to make a constructive comment, wifi could be a little stronger and shower also be improved... water comes out as spray, not the best. Staff also very nice and good location and facilities. Very convenient hotel with everything you need at walking distance.
