« The room was ok but towels and sheets were very dirty. »

The room was ok, large enough. The location was great. We really enjoyed breakfast. The staff was super nice. The only problem we had is that the towels and sheets were very very dirty. Even when we asked for the new ones, they also were with stains.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Location was perfect. The staff was very nice, my husband was sick and I asked them for late check out at 2pm. There are Sate Shop near the hotel that you have to try, they open on evening. The only bad thing at here was towels. They’re very old. Their color turn to be gray and some towels were not clean, but the staff could change them for us.

« Convenient and quiet location. »

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Friendly staff and comfortable hotel. (Sheets could be whiter, they are clean but looking a bit well used) My only grievance is the “buffet” breakfast not having enough western style variety, but I was satisfied with eggs on toast every morning.

This Ibis hotel is as expected. It was a fine stay, the staff, room and breakfast were OK. Walking distance to the beach. The drinks are more expensive than expected in an Ibis hotel (5 euro a small beer).

« very good but small things would have made it better »

For the price, the hotel is very good value for money. Surprising the coolers in the room kept drinks quite cool. What was interesting was there were no teaspoons in the room. Tea/coffee making facilities but no teaspoons. Welcome drink for Accor members were very underwhelming. The smallest glass of very ordinary juice. The pool was bigger than we expected based on other reviews however the area is quite barren and could easily and quite economically be jazzed up. Each day we had to ask for fresh towels. Our room was made up but no towels were left. Apparently this was because they hadn't arrived. I appreciate we didn't pay a lot for the hotel, however I do expect to get fresh towels before 6pm. There was no problem leaving an empty suitcase for just over a week, something we really appreciated.

The room smelled cigarette when I first came in so I requested the front desk to spray air freshener. Service was prompt. Bath towels are not available when I arrived in my room but was immediately provided when I requested.

The stay was good. Rooms were really nice. They were clean and tidy. The facilities were good. The staff was extremely warm and polite. The only thing which kind of disappointed us was the food. On the first day of our stay we ordered lunch. It wasn't good. Breakfast was okayish. It would be great if options for vegetarians could be more. Overall experience was good. Thank you.

« Location fine, room disappointing »

Nice staff, good location, bed, mattress and sheets have stains. Sheets and towels originally white are now grey, beige and brown. Bath mat was torn. Please ask for a non smoking room, which apparently is not standard. Windows can’t be opened. Pool on the roof is nice but far from enough beds/chairs. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area a bit dark. Looked like a former underground garage. Restaurant area was in the front and much nicer. They have a spa, but no spa room so spa treatments will be in your own hotel room.

All staffs were very nice and always smiles. The view from the room was also nice. Price was also reasonable but the only thing I asked to the staffs was changing the pillow cover and bed sheet. It was a bit dirty when I got into the room for the first time.
