The room and beds were well maintained and clean. Views over golf course. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. We used as a base for the theme parks away from the hustle of Surfers. We had a car and there was plenty of free parking.

Our first time at this accor hotel and did enjoy the stay. It seems the hotel was quite full but expected during school holiday period. Room was adequate and large and parking is undercover and free which is always a bonus. Dining options a little limited with casual dining squeezed into the bar area, a larger casual dining would be more appropriate for a resort of this size. Would prefer to stay again when less people are in the complex and lifts to take luggage to the 3rd floor would be useful with stair access only but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Initially we were put in what we called a "dungeon" room - ground floor, garden view when on the special request we'd asked for a high floor with a golf course view. We immediately went to reception and requested a room change, showing Andrew the paperwork we had showing our special request. A copy of our paperwork was taken and we were allocated a much better room. Andrew then organised for a bottle of wine to be sent to our room which was very appreciated and a nice touch. The responsiveness of the reception staff was very good.

This is our third year visiting the Resort, I'm afraid we won't be returning next year. The hotel interior (rooms) are starting to look dated and tired. The grounds are lovely but the rooms are starting to let this place down. The majority of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, however one of your breakfast waiting staff seemed a bit put out when we asked for another coffee. The machine coffee is awful, I think it's time you included a decent coffee with the breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant this year was disappointing.

The staff were very helpful. I have a few health issues and the staff made sure that I was always well looked after in fact it was one of the best experiences we have had in a resort. Nothing seemed to much to ask. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff involved.

Check in done efficiently. All staff were most helpful and provided friendly service. The restaurant provided quality dinner options with the serving staff once again provided helpful friendly service.
