« A little disappointing. »

The staff were lovely. The room was neat and clean. It was a very cool night but we had no heating in the room. No electric blankets. I do realise it was a budget room and in general it was nice. The tea & coffee station was stocked well but there was not even a biscuit to have with a cuppa..

Stayed one night, travelled from interstate to go to AFL football at Metricon. Wanted somewhere closer to ground than going in to Surfers Paradise. Very reasonable rate. Room was large, very clean and nice toiletries. Very friendly staff and we appreciated the early check in.

« Sensational, just how it should be. »

The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The rooms were perfect and the staff member that made up our room was very thoughtful and went above and beyond. The only thing we could pick (and a very minor detail) was the fridge as it was very noisy at night and we had to turn on the air con unit to drown out the noise.

As above. I did mention on checking out that the tennis courts could do with some maintenance. ie. nets, synthetic surface. Also water cooler looking a bit grotty, in particular around the water outlet does not look like it has ever been cleaned. Staff helpful and friendly. Gardens a pleasure to stroll by. Rooms cleanish and comfortable. Property looks a little tired but that is not detrimental to an acceptable offering.

I took my mum and two kids to DreamWorld and stayed one night with Mercure Cararra We loved the resort and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming so please congratulate them We also loved that the resort was full ofbeautiful plants and the outdoor heated pool

In that I, Irene, was involved in setting up and registration for The Incredible Journey I had reason to interact with your staff. Since I have been attending for a few years I have related to your staff and seeing familiar faces, making things so much easier. Just a word or two with my needs I received prompt and good attention for which many thanks. Unfortunately my husband could not join me this time as he is awaiting heart surgery. Satisfied with the stay, room is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Lea the housekeeper delighted my daughter with the towel animals. When safe has problem, the maintenance guy was here in minutes.

From the moment you walk in you are treated like a guest. The Check In Staff are always great and make you feel welcome. The Rooms are modern and Fresh. The Restaurant has a good selection of food and portions are generous. Overall, a great place to stay, off the GC Strip.

We stayed in this hotel multiple times for the partnership weekend, our experience was always great. Although the facility is aging but the service and environment are amazing. The conference food supervisor was an outstanding staff, he served the best foods and always made us feel welcome. He remembered us.
